They raised my rent without telling me. And just hit me with a, oh yeah we do that every now and then. Every 200 something days is what he said. They had to get back to me from a voice-mail I left. So they aren't paying anyone to answer phones. So how does the cost go up. Customer service is terrible. And also check into the price they quote you. Cause there is a mandatory insurance you have to pay. Not to mention. You have to buy and use there locks. It's a scam.

Clean facility and good location however, this location will not deliver packages to your unit like the other 303 locations. I’ve brought this up with the manager on premise, he admitted that they should be doing it. And they still have not done anything about it. Extremely frustrating if you need packages outside of their office hours.

A word of advice: Check on your belongings and question the staff about recent security issues if you’re renting or planning to rent space here. There have been break ins and damage to the facility, plus unauthorized changes to people’s access codes, but the 303 Storage team is not being transparent or truthful about them. Ask questions.On April 16, what was supposed to be a quick trip to storage turned into an ordeal and then early move out when we discovered we no longer had access to our stuff. Our gate code just didn’t work, and when we pulled out of the way to try to get help in the office, several others’ codes weren’t working either. Predictably, we had to hunt down an employee who waved at the “on break” sign when we were trying to point out there were issues at the gate. He begrudgingly returned to the office to get us a new code. That’s when we learned our access codes had been changed by an employee without our knowledge or consent as of April 6 at 4:59 p.m. The employee helping, Bob Velasquez, said we’d have to return Monday when there was a manager to find out the extent of the issue. (Guess what - turns out he is the manager.)When I returned on Monday, Bob was unable to give me any answers as to why the codes were changed. Having been a victim of storage unit theft before and given that my personal details were accessed and changed, I needed more information than that.Right from the start of my questions about security and access, he was evasive and seemed to be hiding or not disclosing details. Rather than answer, he first tried to close my account early even though I had not brought that up. I asked the same questions many times over and got non-answers or different answers as the conversation progressed. First when I asked, “Has there been a security breach here within the last 60 days?” his answer was, “Not that I’m aware of.” As I pressed him, the answer eventually turned into admitting that the police had been called multiple times within the last month to deal with “incidents” including damage to exterior gates and doors, doors being “left open by tenants” (how?), and additional clients’ gate codes being changed. At this point, and since Bob's own words had confirmed that he was aware of security breaches that hadn’t been disclosed to renters, I was not comfortable with the security or service. I decided to move my possessions elsewhere right away. 5 hours of heavy moving later (against the advice of my doctor), I’d moved all my stuff off the premises and returned to the office to try to get more answers and close the account.This time around Bob was more polite and apologetic. In the end I was told that they had updated their computers and they believe that the updates caused a glitch which resulted in at least 1 other customer (who called that day) with a similar security issue as me. (I still don't know if this is true or not as Bob said he isnt an IT guy and cannot say for certain if the issue was simply an IT problem, not to mention his previous omissions and non-answers.) I requested, and Bob agreed, to a refund dating back to the day they changed my access codes without notification, which I felt was fair; however, on my statement I was only refunded a portion of what we’d agreed to. More headaches.Overall, it’s clear to me that 303 Storage is not honest and transparent with their customers. I am still awaiting a response from 303 Storage about whether customers’ personal account data was breached and clarification of the security issues they finally admitted to. Be aware. I preferred when this location was a Cube Smart.

Would never use this storage location again. The staff is undertrained so even the simplest of questions is a chore. I have been double charged as well as hit with hidden fees. There is zero transparency with their “deals” online about all the extra fees they add on top. There are a million big chain storage places where you can go and get a straight forward experience. This place is garbage and truly I would save your time.

Our $50 first month turned into $175 with all the extra charges, admin fees, proprietary locks. Plus the whole process took forever and the counter agent was untrained and clueless. Her mom is the boss and this was likely the only job she could hold. After a frustrating hour and still no storage unit, we finally walked out. They still have not credited the charges despite our having signed/ committed to nothing.We then went to another place and had the unit and were unloaded in less time than we spent with this place.

I signed up for my cousin she could not be there at that time. Anyway the whole process was very easy to understand but the people who deliver the furniture for some reason didn't have the unit number but everything worked out. So thank you for everything..

Thanks again Bob V. for going above and beyond to help us access our storage unit again (after we had been locked out for a couple months). We kept getting the run around with different representatives but Bob really did take control and resolve our issue!

Makayla seems to be the only one at this facility that has any common sense. Storing here seems good my issue comes for being a storage auction buyer so if you buy storage auctions stay away from this facility!!. They posted an auction for sale using pictures that were false! They took pictures then let the previous owners dig though the unit for several weeks and still tried to sell the unit using the old pictures. Of course you have to pay before they open the unit but once opened I realized the pictures didn’t match up with what was in the units..I paid over $1000 for these units and not a dime has been returned to me the site manager is great The upper management is trash pretty much calling me a liar for the units they tried to sell after they had been dug through!!! Do not buy auctions from this facility period

This place is the best i have ever seen the entire site is clean an neat 24/7 365 the staff is amazing and makayla is awesome she was super nice an friendly and helped me with everything i needed plus she drives a cool car
