Rosa at the Lakewood facility was very courteous, helpful and pleasant to talk with. She explained very well the Contract Agreement. Extremely satisfied with the service and smile! Gone beyond to provide additional services for our move to Colorado from Canada and Hawaii. Recommend this facility for its customers services!

Super friendly at first, raises prices like crazy. Bait and switch for sure. Whatever you initial rate is plan on it increasing 2x, then 3x, etc. These guys do not value loyalty. Best advice is to use these folks for very short term rentals. Take advantage of the low entry rate and get out as soon as you can. Or just like another guy said, go somewhere locally owned. Not under a corporate brand. they value their customers instead of rake them over the coals.

Bait and switch, poor systems, incredibly bad corporate customer service. It’s a great place to take advantage of a short term, need a place to store my stuff before my new house is ready, but beyond that…go local. Rate has doubled in the last few years. I get constantly stuck with extra fees, which also go up by the way. They attract you with low cost in the first few months then there ya go… you get cards in the mail that say…guess what we are going to raise your rate and not give you a single thing for that increase.
There are so many better choices in the area. I would recommend anything but this place. You are far better off going to a place with good people that are slave to corporate systems.

A 5x10 temperature controlled unit was even cheaper than a non-controlled with a competitor. The storage is clean, well-lit and gated. The rental process was quick and easy
