The manager of our Cube Smart site gave us outstanding customer service time and time again which gave levity to our entire storage experience.
He helped with phone inquiries that we had and also when we went into the office. There were other units at a Mini-storage which were closer to our new location and because of Jack's professional demeanor and prompt, informed responses we are sticking with Cube Smart!

If any storage facility would have a manager like Mr. Jack problems will be very minimal when it comes to storing at all facilities. He is cool to deal with. Thanks for making my storage move easy.

Jack goes above & beyond to help his customers find the right storage solutions! Jack was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful during our lease signing and initial move in. He was knowledgeable and patient. He is very kind and a real people person. He is what I expect to see when I have customer service interactions. More people should take note of how Jack provides customer service because he does it perfectly. Professional, kind, informative and relatable. Highly recommend this location!

I highly recommend this storage spot in south east Denver. I rolled in with my trailer and Jack the manager had me in and out to my new unit in 30 minutes. He is also a Denver native who is just the nicest guy.
