Very unprofessional! I went online to look at the storages, I reserved a unit then I got a call from the company saying they seen I had a reservation and wanted me to come in for a tour I currently live in Colorado Springs and traveled all the way up here just for the tour. I call two hours prior to my appointment time to confirm the time and address. I get here at my appointment time and the doors are locked with a sign saying they would be back 15 minutes before my appointment. I call twice with no answer, I will take my money elsewhere!

The storage space is nice and fairly secure. Starts off reasonably priced then goes up after 6-12 months. Established renters do not get promotions or perks, no retention bonuses or offer of reduced rates for being loyal or having longevity or timely payments. And of the 2 times in the last week, they were on a break (once at 0930 with a 10 o’clock return) and the other time at 1220 with a 1 o’clock return).

It was a pleasure to work with Qui at the 10303 E Warren Avenue, Cube Smart storage facility in Denver, Colorado. She has such a warm personality. She loves working with people. She is good natured. When renting a storage unit, she thoroughly explains the check-in process. When you are pleased with how things went, she is, too. She explained as to how she became named Qui. Such an unusual name for such an extraordinary person. She seems to be a good, hardworking person who takes pride in her work. Thank you.

I failed to check out the unit prior to moving In and there's a huge speed bump that my car scraped the bottom of coming in and leaving the facility. I asked if they would allow me to switch locations and they were unwilling to help. So I'm out the $29 fee and need to move . Apparently I'm not the only one that had an issue with that speed bump .

The awesome lady that is the new site manager was so helpfulfull . I ended up going back the next day and getting another unit . She has the place looking good and she cares about her customers . I will continue to use them for all my storage needs

I have gone to the United States to live six years ago. But a visa problem arose. Meanwhile, I had work to do in Europe, so I went there and stayed there for quite a while. Maybe 5-6 years? But this time, I went to my storage for the first time in a long time, and my luggage was surprisingly intact.

Ive had a storage unit here for years. Although the automatted recording sucks. Ive never had an issue with the customer service! The manager is always super helpful. Ive enjoyed keeping my belongings here!

I had an overlock placed on my unit because I didn't finish unpacking until 10:30. I had another overlock placed on my unit when moving out because I fell asleep. Now I can't Access the property until 9 on Monday. I believe the manager is being vindictive because I reported his actions to corporate. I will do a follow up when I am moved out Monday. This rental has been a waste of time and money and mentally taxing.
