Our experience with CubeSmart was excellent. Norma did a good job checking us in and getting us setup. While we had our items in storage Oliver went above and beyond to make sure our stuff was safe and that all of our questions were answered. Every time I went to get something out of storage Oliver greeted me with a wave. It's clear he is hyper vigilant about keeping the facility secure and he knows/recognizes his customers. Also, Norma and Oliver were very helpful when it came time to help us close out our unit. No hidden fees and no issues whatsoever. I'd recommend CubeSmart to anyone in southeast Denver that needs storage.

Oliver, the store manager of CubeSmart on Hampden, made it such an easy experience to rent a unit and get all my stuff stored within minutes of walking in the door. I also love that the building is kept very well. My unit in particular was nice and clean the outside area where I drive up is well taken care of. I’ve rented from other storage places in the past and having a nice building and that units are well lit and clean isn’t always a guarantee. It’s nice to know that CubeSmart makes that a priority.

I just got a storage unit at CubeSmart and I’m so glad I did. The unit was nice and clean and the building itself look like it was really well kept but the best part was that Oliver the store manager was so kind and friendly and walked me through all the steps and made renting easy peasy. On top of that, I got there around lunchtime and the office was closed so I was about to leave when Oliver noticed that I just pulled up and he opened the door and said he will take his lunch later which I was so grateful for. Thanks Oliver!
