On Sun, 12/31/23 three separate customers looking for moving carts AND THERE WERE NONE. One woman used a wheelchair to move items. I have 2 units. Three years ago there were 8 carts. Management will say they are stolen as this facility is in high crime area.

Just wow! ❤️Having been in the military, I've used plenty of storage places in my time. I was extremely impressed not only with the facility but, most importantly, the staff.I did not have an appointment. I was a walk-in. I saw their rates online and wanted to see a visual. Brandon was the first person I met, and it was instant and perfect customer service. Like he was a long-lost cousin. Not only did he take time to answer each question, but he was extremely patient and friendly. I gotta chance to watch both Brandon and Oliver interact with various customers that came in and out while I was doing the paperwork. Everyone had a smile when they left. Considering how stressful moving is, a smile goes a long way. I've used the facility at night while solo and felt safe. Very well lite, clean and easy to access as a customer.Please keep your staff!!!!

Brandon was amazing!!! He helped us find our 10x10x8 storage and he was very fast, friendly, and forward. He was very efficient and I recommend people to go and see him when they are looking for a storage at CubeSmart. I won't go anywhere else, thank you Brandon!

This Cube Smart was extremely dirty all the time. There was seldom carts available and we were on the third floor. We often had to walk around piles of trash. On top of that the price was high and they raised it after six months. It took me 10 minutes to find the same sized unit for half the price just blocks from this one. Run away!

There were three rate hikes for my unit in less than two years. Additionally several transients live in their storage units, this caused an odor to attach to my upholstered furniture. There are always missing carts to help you move items to and from your unit, at most about two for the entire building. You will be waiting around until one becomes available. Seems like with the rent increases they should be able to afford more than two carts for this number of units. I rented a unit here several years ago and the facility was cleaner and more affordable so that's why I returned. This most recent experience was not good.

I've had a great experience with cubesmart. Brandon is a much respected team player for his great customer service through our hard times, he really truly helped my wife and I out with the blessing of his services and I truly recommend Brandon to the highest level of satisfaction. thank you so much and keep up the good work.

Kelly and Shawn were very knowledgeable and helpful in giving me options and giving me the proper size unit for my needs.Edit: 09/29/23Hope you are good paying in person. Because to pay over the phone there is a $2.80 convenience charge. Sounds like being convenient to CubeSmart. I wanted to pay in person. But they can’t even staff the store for that so you really only got the option of paying a fee, to pay your bill.

I rented the unit on the evening and my gate code wasn’t active yet? I called support and within minutes I had a temporary code that allowed me to place my property in my unit before closing and that was such a help! Thank you so much
