I reached out to Frank Valcarcel about a database from a developer who was not working out. He educated me about my options, helped me preserve the work at no charge, and offered strategies for going forward–even though I was not a good fit for his business. This was no small feat as saving the database required work that he offered pro bono because he wanted to see me recover the code from this rather disastrous situation. I was impressed with his attention, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend Cuttlesoft to anyone looking for advanced database management and someone who will talk through your business options in a thorough and considerate way. I'd recommend Frank and Cuttlesoft to anyone.

Cuttlesoft was responsible for developing a web crawler that could gather data from various websites and compile that information into a standard format. We selected them based on reputation and a recommendation from my professional network. The project was simple and managed through a few short calls and emails. We expanded the scope upon completion of a successful pilot. I was impressed with the speed and simplicity of the solution.

Cuttlesoft was an awesome dev agency and more importantly the strategic partner we needed. They built out a custom checkout platform for us to take our business to the next level, beyond the limitations of shopify. They worked within our schedule and helped manage deliverables. As with any large project, issues arise and they handled each situation professionally. The appropriately managed expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for more than a "dev shop," they acted like our interim CTO and tech team.
