I went to this location to fill an emergency one week prescription on my medication. I am home visiting family and had forgotten my medicine a two hour flight away. From the start the girl working the desk was very rude. She sighed dramatically and acted like my request was an inconvenience to her day. Then the pharmacist came over and told me that even though they had all of my information and could see the order for my prescription he wouldn't fill it. He told me he doesn't "give medicine out". He is literally a pharmacist - that is the exact description of his job. I tried to explain what would happen if I didn't have my medicine and he told me to leave. I got in my car and cried worried about what would happen to me without this important daily medicine. I have never experienced this lack of care for another human in my life. I will never be using CVS again - the pharmacy I have been using for the last ten years.

You can not get a walk-in COVID booster. The pharmacy phone recording does not make this clear - they just say make an appointment “for the best experience.” The pharmacist slightly rudely told me there is no chance at the CVS or any other CVS. Wish CVS could have made that clear in their pharmacy line recording (because you can’t actually speak to a pharmacist when you call - don’t bother trying) or on their website so I didn’t waste an hour of my work day and pay for parking.

John was very very rude. Called to ask about stock and he just said "no we do not" and hung up. He didn't even give me a chance to ask a question about another prescription I had. This was after waiting on hold for 10 min. Very unprofessional. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

I am done with CVS. Tried the new one in the Target in Lowry (East Denver). Very inefficient at filling prescriptions, bad hours and some extra charges because they are in a Target. Then, I was given a prescription by my urologist that was not covered by my drug plan. Their charge was $426 for 30 day supply, $14 per tablet. Urologist sent me to costplusdrugs, which gave me a 90 day supply for $10.50, $0.11 per tablet. Bye, Bye CVS.

This is inside target and I don't consider those as real cvs pharmacy locations as they do never except coupons and discounts so I was annoyed my gps took me here when trying to find the most close by cvs.

I made the mistake of setting up this CVS as my primary pharmacy. Long story short I was not able to change this until after I picked up my first round of meds. I would highly suggest not using this location. There is a stand alone CVS pharmacy that is just another block or so away.This location was about 45 minutes late opening. Once the Pharmacist was in- the whole transaction was so weird. I first heard him trying to recruit the UPS driver to work there. He was dead serious. She just seemed confused by the conversation. This guy was also very “Bro”. Not exactly what I need from my Pharmacist.Lots of excuses as to why he opened late. He was also pretty condescending during the entire experience. I require needles with my Rx. I have to usually just take whatever they have that will work with my meds. He had even more excuses as to why they couldn’t give me enough needles and syringes.This whole pick up experience was just so stressful. They are not organized here. I’m sure they are under staffed. But it shouldn’t be such a headache to get my meds. It’s always like this. Oh and I just ordered a ton of needles and syringes from Amazon. Zero hassle and I got my order within 48 hours. Maybe CVS should just start ordering their inventory from Amazon if supplies are such an issue.Desperately trying to get my Rx changed far away from here. CVS- do better hiring pharmacist whom understand the sensitivity of patients picking up medications.
