Awful service. Waited in line to be checked out with no employee present for a long time. Kamisha and Shannon were lazy and unhelpful-they told me they wouldn’t check my out and to use self check out. Manager Michael came to help and was also unhelpful and rude.

Beyond terrible. I spoke with Adam today about a prescription refill that I've been having issues with. He somehow deleted my prescription and then told me I would need to have the doctor's office send in a new one (and everyone knows how easy that is). When I asked what his capacity was in the pharmacy, he actually hung up on me! Last time I was in, one of the other techs told a young woman picking up her prescription that she was really pretty. When I told him that was inappropriate and he shouldn't do it to customers picking up prescriptions, his response was "Jesus Christ". Dude did not see at all how this was totally out of line but I saw the look on the young woman's face when she turned around and she was completely weirded out. The worst. Don't even think about getting prescriptions filled here. Honestly this pharmacy should be shut down by corporate.

On June 2, 2024 I went to CVS at the super target center and was treated very badly and could not get my medication. I called this location and told them the problem that I was having getting my medicine and I was visiting from out of town, I had to have Brand medication and they weren’t able to accommodate me because I was told my doctor wrote the prescription wrong. Well, that was not true. Cvs Pharmacy in inside of Target just didn’t want to help me. After calling this location and explain everything to them. They looked it up and said that they didn’t understand, why I was been treated this way but I could come to them and they would take care of me and they did just that, so I thank this location so very much for my prescription. Kudos to the pharmacist and a young lady named Zahara For taking care of me because I cannot be without my thyroid medication and I have to have Brand not generic. So I will never ever go back to Cvs Pharmacy inside Target if I’m ever back in Denver and need a prescription filled.

Slowest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. 4 people working and they just allow a queue of 10 people to form and go at a snail’s pace.

I went to get 2 prescriptions filled I had the worst experience ever with a young tech there he couldn't get my insurance to go through and I know it should go through I told him I used this insurance all day long without a problem he must be doing something wrong and he wouldn't do a thing about it. I had my regular pharmacy call and transfer my script to them they processed it without a problem at all. To bad because I was going to transfer all my scripts to this CVS I have a lot and you lost a customer because this young man didn't know his job!! I won't be a returning customer.

This is the most superior CVS in Denver, they have electronics and great staff. They are in a great location as well.

This location is not staffed appropriately to serve the growing neighborhood and increased patrons. Expect to spend at least 10-30 minutes in the pharmacy line on any given day.

While the staff seems very hard working, CVS doesn’t seem to staff this location appropriately in my opinion. I’m very concerned about safety given the understaffing given the excessively long wait times and inability to troubleshoot things in a timely manner. CVS should really improve staffing to more safe levels in my opinion.

One of the most chronically understaffed CVS pharmacy locations I’ve ever seen. 30+ min waits consistently. Don’t answer phones. Whoever is their regional director overseeing this location should be fired. Pay the staff more or get more help.

I had a wonderful experience in the pharmacy today. Shelby Morgan helped me so much by listening to what I needed and helping me find exactly that. I will continue to fill my prescriptions here.

Standing in the drop off line for over an hour while they kept calling ppl up to pick up. Totally unacknowledged my presence. Worst customer service experience I've had in a long time
