Worst customer service!! Left me waiting while 3 people putzed around behind the counter. Couldn’t get help until I asked someone if the trash and shelving were more important than customers. I wish I could go back to UC Health where they get to know you and at least pretend to care.

After picking up my 1st new prescription - using GoodRx which reduced my cost from $505 to $136. After the 1st month I went back with 11 refills remaining and CVS charges me $505. I asked the pharmacist to check GoodRx or my previous charge and they saw $136 listed, but couldn't get code to work. Pharmacist asked me to come back later or tomorrow. Returned the next day and they still couldn't / wouldn't honor GoodRx price or previous charge.
Couple of day later, went to a different CVS and no problem.
Wasted 2 trips, avoided getting overcharged twice and ended up going to a different store. Poor customer service, avoid this store.

If you wanted to be treated like you are unimportant and your health is of no consequence, come to this CVS pharmacy. Alex Bloom just closed the gate in our faces despite the fact that my friend had just had surgery and needed to pick up her prescription. We came on the way back from the hospital and stopped to get it and we were told it was not ready and to come back in an hour. We came back and hour later and they were closing for lunch. We quickly ran to the desk and told them the situation and Alex acted like a complete jerk and was not only unhelpful but very unkind about it. He was a total brat. My friend is a senior and needed her medication and he had no problem just shutting the gate in our face. I simply am astonished. I've been in customer service all my life and I've never treated anyone like that.

I get consistently quick, friendly, and efficient service at this CVS. Won’t go anyplace else.

Called something in for pickup and incorrect prescription was given. Spoke with th manager at great length, she was very rude and didn't notice that several times I was specifically a different medication was charged. Real bummer that I have to go out of my way just to find a good pharmacy.

This location had great customer service today. They picked up the phone quickly and were able to transfer and fill a prescription quickly from a closed CVS location. Thank you to Nate and the team!

Zero stars?! Lady was incredibly rude over the phone, refused to check for what I needed, claiming she's not allowed. Funny, that was literally the 5th CVS I called in a row and none of the others were prohibited from checking. So she lied and was rude simply because she is lazy. Nope, never going back.

I think they're sometimes understaffed just like every other pharmacy in the state, but the ones they do have are really nice and have been nothing but wonderful every time I have been.
