Anh in the pharmacy was amazing! I had multiple questions regarding insurance and refills. She was so patient and efficient getting it all done quickly. It was a wonderful experience with this pharmacy.

Arez, Jasper and Taniya were above and beyond exceptionally helpful assisting me with how to use my extra benefits card. Haven't had personal customer service like that in forever. Will always take my business to them. Thank you guys.

I have received excellent service at this CVS, with one exception. Last month, my regular, monthly prescription was several capsules short. While that is a very noteworthy mistake, I hope it is a one-off error. The pharmacists and techs at this location have always given me 5-star customer service. Even in the face of their counting error, they have been pleasant and helpful. I will continue to use this Pharmacy, but I will probably count my capsules in future refills.

The pharmacist Derek will discriminate against you. He called the person behind me in line to the window first and she had to tell him no I was there first even though he saw me and knew that. When I had return to the window because my rx was not ready he called 3 families to the window before me even though he saw me standing at the window and I was first in line. Another employee had to come help me. Do not go to this pharmacy if you expect to be treated like a human with basic respect.

Reception was great. Clean building, friendly staff, except for the NP, Leah. Obviously not interested in asking relevant questions or offering helpful advice. I only came for an ortho referral anyway but the dismissive attitude from the NP (non-professional) was worth remarking about.

Never seen a slower or more poorly run pharmacy in my entire life. Takes a minimum of 45 minutes to stand in line to get your prescription each time and drive through is Always closed. Send absolutely anywhere else

I felt the need to leave a review. A few weeks ago I had to have a perscription transferred to this location from another. On two separate occasions I had to call in and talk to two different people. They were SO kind! Unlike a few other pharmacies, they didn't sound annoyed or I was inconveniencing them. Keep up the great work! I know dealing with the general public can be rough sometimes! Wanted to make sure I gave credit to where it is deserved!

CVS Pharmacist and staff are always in good spirits and are super helpful. When I need a prescription filled they typically fill it the same day. Love every experience with them.

I have had to call on my last two scripts because they show up as 'delayed', only to wait on hold for nearly a half hour and for the pharmacist to tell me they don't know why it was listed as delayed. They also did not fill a crucial script refill for me and I've gone two days now without it.If the issue is an employee shortage, please address it. If the issue is employees not understanding how critical scripts are to some, address it now, please.

We moved our scrips here from the CVS in the Target across the street because we figured the new drive-thru would make things easier. Mistake! CVS corporate is apparently not interested in hiring enough people to operate the pharmacy department properly--multiple times over the last six weeks or so we've had to either go into the store because the drive-thru was closed (handwritten sign in the window blaming understaffing), or come back again later because the pharmacy was just flat-out closed during business hours. We've never had a problem with the prescriptions themselves but not being able to actually pick them up once they're filled completely misses the point of running a pharmacy in the first place. Maybe throw a little bit of that $2.2B in profits last quarter at keeping the lights on, huh? You're not running a McDonalds here.

Routinely great service every time I go here. I use this as my default pharmacy because the staff are so helpful and kind.

I know this location is short staffed and always busy, and stress can put people in fight or flight mode. Knowing this, I always try to ask for what I need in a polite & calm manner yet staff can still be abrasive and condescending sometimes. Customers are getting prescriptions because they are sick, but to add insult to injury are getting treated poorly by dis-regulated pharmacy employees. Make any sense?Corporate CVS needs to look out better for their own people, and ultimately their customers.
