CVS Pharmacist and staff are always in good spirits and are super helpful. When I need a prescription filled they typically fill it the same day. Love every experience with them.

I have had to call on my last two scripts because they show up as 'delayed', only to wait on hold for nearly a half hour and for the pharmacist to tell me they don't know why it was listed as delayed. They also did not fill a crucial script refill for me and I've gone two days now without it.If the issue is an employee shortage, please address it. If the issue is employees not understanding how critical scripts are to some, address it now, please.

Routinely great service every time I go here. I use this as my default pharmacy because the staff are so helpful and kind.

I know this location is short staffed and always busy, and stress can put people in fight or flight mode. Knowing this, I always try to ask for what I need in a polite & calm manner yet staff can still be abrasive and condescending sometimes. Customers are getting prescriptions because they are sick, but to add insult to injury are getting treated poorly by dis-regulated pharmacy employees. Make any sense?Corporate CVS needs to look out better for their own people, and ultimately their customers.

Worst pharmacy to work with. I was told 4 different times to come back at 2pm the next day and the RX was still not ready. Finally had to move to a different pharmacy when they made a mistake and said "well, we don't have time to look at every prescription when we fill it." The staff is very rude.

Their computer just called me this morning, unexpected, unwanted, interrupted my breakfast, just to solicit more business. I went there for a vaccination, will not use their services again if I have to receive d*** phone calls. Vaccination was excellent, maybe the tech will go somewhere and work for people with better ethics. It's important to know that, like all our pharmacies in the US, the quality of the store branded vitamins and supplements are very low, with even items like epsom salts adulterated with chemical perfumes, which are pervasive in this country. The vitamins manufactured by CVS (and on the medicare approved lists) are full of soybean oil, heated by hexane, a dangerous substance for our bodies, taken in small amounts over time. This is reflective of the low ethical bar created by the regulatory agencies, like the FDA, which has below par standards for chemicals and pesticides. Shop at the health food stores, like Natural Grocers and Sprouts for real nutrition and supplementation. They cost a little more, but are actually good for you and they are helping to reduce the cancer causing environmental hazards to our insides.

Staff are slow. Most spend time standing around or ignoring customers. Pharmacy like most other locations are slow to fill RXs.even if prescription are electronic sent from a provider.

I hate that my insurance makes me use CVS. This is CVS is literally the worst pharmacy in Denver. My medicine is never ready regardless of how many days it's been. I'm constantly having to wait for things. They're constantly out of stock on certain medications. They are rude and unhelpful. Their attitudes are nasty and degrading. Being short staffed is never an excuse for awful customer service. I am not going back to this CVS.

Rude and useless. I just called at 2:08 pm and called back at 2:15pm to refill my prescription and the woman that answered said (later said) her name was Katy said she doesn’t see any prescription for me! And then when I said it is not possible, she again said “nothing in your profile, you’ll need to contact your doctor to ask them to resend it”!!! I said then how come I just picked up my inhalers several days ago, then when I said it, she magically found my prescription and when I asked for her name - she hang up the phone! I called again asking why she hangs up the phone like if she’s answering her personal cell phone, because people aren’t calling her home line, they’re calling CVS to get their medication and she just hangs up and on top of all, her negligence is unacceptable when she said she doesn’t have my prescription and that I need to contact my doctor and then suddenly with an “ooppss” she finds my prescription in their system! Unacceptable when thinking about the fact that these people are handling peoples medications.

I honestly think this is the worst pharmacy ever, it’s impossible for them to get your prescription, and then when and if they do it takes days to fill. I understand being understaffed but withdrawals from a medication don’t get solved by excuses and neither does having an attitude.

CVS at Hampden and Tamarac is fantastic! (The stand alone, not the one in Target, although I've also had great experiences with them!) I switched from Walgreens, and I'm so very glad I did. Wonderful pharmacists and techs, great service, Broad selection for other merchandise as well, but I primarily go for the Pharmacy itself.
