The employees will literally let you sit in the drive thru with no line and talk, made eye contact with me when I got up and ring the bell, had to eventually park my car and walk inside. No people in the store but 5 employees talking. Will probably try to transfer to another pharmacy, I suggest everyone does the same thing unless you like being disrespected by entitled employees.

Love the front staff they’re always making sure I find what I need or following me around to make sure I am not stealing … idk. I am a regular so I know where it all is … w/e … first time visiting the pharmacy and I am disappointed, no eye contact mean girl energy eye rolls . No hello , no have a great day… it was like came and interrupted their amazing conversation. Sorry I need my prescription and you have to do your job….

Pharmacy is an absolute joke. The guy working the counter was actively out loud making fun of people in line and saying how they can wait while I’m trying to pick up a prescription for my girlfriend. Don’t bother calling, you get hit with the bs AI operator, and they do listen to your calls and can take enough time to call you back, yell at you for complaining about AI, and then hang up on you, but they can’t take that same time to actually fill a prescription. Not to mention if you have visible tattoos in store, the employees will follow you and hound you thinking that you’re there to steal. Complete joke of an establishment ruined by AI and prejudice.

One store that is the best and worst in the CVS Family. The pharmacy is best ever! The rest of the store is awful. All because of the Staff - God help you if you bother the big, older guy up front - condescending and rude

Why even bother having a phone number listed if no one picks up. Can't even speak about the staff because I never got to talk to anyone. Finally after 30 minutes on hold I had to hang up.

Robby was amazing my friend just came from Doctors appt and Robby was flustered because she was not well but Robby went above and above beyond to make sure her insurance went thru so amazing!!!

I'm so sad that my photos got lost by the third party provider and nobody ever called me or checked with me on the order. The personnel was friendly and prompt with helping me though. I called the CVS customer care line and the machine was malfunctioning and going back to the main menu over and over. It was so frustrating. I sent CVS an email too and I got a really generic response about my order where they said sorry and didn't even ask for the order number or bother to look into this further. I won't be using CVS again! By the way, you need to pay your people better and have more personnel.

I can understand why so many locations are being closed by the end of 2025. Not only are the pharmacy technicians very unreliable, but they are also unwilling to do anything. They want you to do all of the work. Nothing that they say is truth. Everything I have been told by one of the staff is a lie. Every time I come pick up my medication, another lie is fed to me. I will stop using this pharmacy altogether, even though it is the closest location. I will be moving to King Soopers. Worst pharmacy to deal with. Hope all locations close.

When I came to pick up my prescription just a few days ago some of the male staff were just goofing off jking around, ignoring customers, and not really paying attention to what was going on. It was frustrating, especially since people were clearly waiting and needed help. What really bothered me though was the manager. I overheard him making some comments about women that were totally inappropriate for work. It came off as disrespectful and made the whole place feel uncomfortable. Honestly, that kind of talk shouldn’t happen anywhere, especially not in front of customers.The only person who seemed to actually care was Iliena. She was working hard the entire time, helping people, answering questions, and staying professional even with everything going on around her. You could tell she was trying to keep things running smoothly and take care of customers the best she could. Even though she seemed like she was anxious to do so because of how many mean customers there are. Along with how rude the manager is to her as well, I believe hes the manager hes the older man there.

Went in to get Over-the-counter medicine for my husband needed to ask the pharmacist. A question asked the gentleman turned around and walked over to the other pharmacist started talking. Having a conversation didn't even ask my question. Google that found it myself.

I truly wish I could give this location 2 reviews - the Pharmacy is remarkable a true 5starPLUS - best ever from kindness, accuracy, patience and efficiency. HOWEVER - the core store Staff is the absolute worst I've ever seen at any store like this (Walgreens) in the industry - the big older guy feels like he's god's gift to every customer and is the true blend of condescending PLUS making sure you know he's too busy for you. The Brunette with glasses - I truly don't know what she does - she's not friendly and never really does much of anything.
