Extremely unfriendly staff. I wouldn’t bother with going to this location. I had a diamond fall out of a recently purchased ring (as in 3 weeks earlier). It was an inconvenience for me to have to deal with it. The sales associate acted like I was inconveniencing her and was incredibly rude blaming me for the missing diamond. She did the exchange with such lack of care and snideness. I love DY products, but they should train their staff on customer service etiquette. A good sales person would have used the opportunity to get me to purchase more. Instead, she acted as though I was a bother in an empty store. Sorry for making her do her job.I won’t be back.

Beautiful jewelry with a variety of designs to choose from. If you’re shopping here you probably already know what you want but if not the staff are pretty helpful. Not overly pushy or upselling since it’s already expensive stuff. They all want to give you their info for future purchases too so there’s probably a commission aspect to the sale. They usually have good stock and have always had what I was looking for in stock. They validate parking for an hour too, comes in handy since the parking rates at the mall keep going up but that’s for a separate review. The store is usually pretty quiet and the shopping experience is pleasant and personal.

I don't understand why this store is so very unfriendly to people who want to purchase items. The store isn't gushing with sales. We thought Rhea was nasty and stuffy to people who were in search of a gift.

Do not buy from them if you want your jewelry to last. I am so disappointed with DY! My wife and I have purchased numerous pieces from them over the last 10 years and after this latest purchase/service, we will never return. My wife bought me a necklace for Christmas 2022 and by April 2023 the clasp broke. When we took it in they assured us that it would be fixed for free as it was only a few months old. Well that was a lie! They made us pay $95 when we picked it up. For the price of their jewelry you’d think it would have better quality or at least fixed for free when it broke so quickly. I have referred multiple family members and colleagues to DY over the years and I will never do so again. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.

Excellent selection & service. Go in often as the displays change with understock often. If you like a style,they will show you those other items with pleasure. Beautiful unique jewelry as well as the latest trends for both men & women. We got anniversary gifts there we both loved.

We love the David Yurman boutique for shopping. This is my happy place ?. We inevitably find something and when we don’t; the consistently friendly and helpful staff are pleased to recommend. The manager, Rhea Bogel is an absolute gem; as well as well; as Mindy D’Angelo in addition to Rhea’s impeccable staff will make for a great memorable visit;. You will not find a finer staff anywhere. I feel blessed that we have in community this group representing David Yurman and highly recommend this jewelry shop to anyone in search of high quality jewelry and top notch service.

Terrible customer service. They charge a fortune to fix their jewelry that broke. Re-sizing is $95. Go next door to Tiffany's or look at Bony Levy at Nordstrom who both have much better customer service and great jewelry!

I'm on the fence about the staff.. I have never dealt with the same person or even seen the same staff in this store the multiple times I've had to get my bracelet fixed because it was not fixed properly.. but the individuals I have dealt with have ranged from arrogant and rude to extremely helpful.The security staff is always very kind and don't crowd or lurk too much..David Yurman has just gone downhill but this review is just about this particular store..
