Will not be doing business here. The only thing they are able to do is answer the phone but yet when I ask a question, I get told they will give me a call back with the answer and then they never do. all I needed to know was if they had a certain date available

If I could give 100 stars I would. Customer service was amazing, the place was decorated to perfection! To the smallest touch everything was perfect, not to mention the food was a total hit with all my guest. I had the option of having 4 whole different flavors for my cake and they were each so flavorful. I would 100% recommend having your special event with them?If I could give 100 stars I would. All poorly planned trip from Albuquerque, New Mexico, to attend the Rata Blanca concert. All poorly organized. Terrible service. So many hours waiting and the address was the wrong one. Wasting my time. Bad attitude from the security guards and the same from other people who we didn't let them look at. Waiting for so long for the concert to start. I better quit. It wasn't worth it. I regret it. I wasted $$$ and my time.

Just called to set up and reserve for my son's first birthday. She answered in Spanish and then when I asked for information she hung up on me. Will definitely NOT be having his birthday here.
