I can not speak more highly about the quality of work, customer service, and communication that Dent Depot provided me. This is the only servicer I will recommend to family and friends.You could not go wrong by choosing to go with them.

Brett and their team have been amazing to work with. My vehicle had hail damage, Brett went to bat for me defending me as I was getting unfair pushback from my insurance. He had nothing to gain but still was advocating and helping me. Very trustworthy, kind, and professional people to work with during a stressful time!

I was dealing with Brett today about a repair on my Porsche and just from the communication alone I'm impressed! Prompt, informative and pleasant. In a literal sea of PDR companies you can go to, they stand apart.

This business doesn't even deserve one star, but I had to give it that to rate it. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES: Dent Depot (Denver, CO) and Viking Auto Body (Rapid City, SD & Colorado Springs, CO). They do NOT stand behind their work, even AFTER they tell you they will stand behind their work from the get go and IN REALITY - after it was known, there is a problem. Following a hailstorm in Jefferson City, MO - all of the local shops were super busy and both my daughter and I's vehicle needed attention. In both vehicles, the glass was busted and the local body shops were booked two to three months out. Dent Depot and Viking Auto Body came around door to door and said they could get me in tomorrow. Dino, Brent, and Steve are here today and gone tomorrow with their traveling hail disaster team and YOUR MONEY! They made false promises to fix what they didn't do correctly, but they had no follow through. They gave imaginary dates to come back and fix the problem and then they gradually stopped answering their telephone. How convenient! Personally, I should have known better. I even questioned them about my concerns upfront, but I was told they would stand behind their work. I have pictures of their work (or lack there of) - if you would like to see them. Just learn from my mistake and the lesson I was taught by Dino, Brent, and Steve - do your business LOCAL. Don't fall prey to these companies that don't care if they don't take care of their customers or not! Shame on them! If these companies are local to you - beware also. They MAY treat you somewhat better, but I strongly doubt it. These businesses don't cross their t's and dot their i's in the car world of fixing an automobile correctly. I will be making a formal business complaint to the Better Business Bureau and to the Attorney General's Office about these shoddy businesses and their unethical business practices.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had a very short window to fix some hail damage before I returned my leased car. They were able to hurry the process for me and deal with my insurance so I didn't have to. Christina gave me updates all along the way and answered any questions I had. Best part is they paid the deductible! They were honest and straightforward with any question I asked. I could not recommend this place enough.

Dent Depot did, 100%. 3 years after the work was done an error was discovered on their repair job on my car. I let them know, and after they spoke to my current mechanic they immediately called to let me know they were covering the cost of the repair. They are so easy to do business with.

I let them know, and within 15 minutes they spoke to my current mechanic then immediately called to let me know they were covering the cost of the repair. I was reimbursed the same day. In this same interaction, I had another question about my car that they took the time to help me research and find the answer to so I know next steps for how to repair it. They are so easy to do business with.

I went to Dent Depot over a year ago for two hail damaged vehicles of mine. Today, the quality of their work shows through. All of the dents repaired along my door panels have now all cracked, opened and are just getting worse and worse with any moisture we receive weather wise. Although satisfied with the upfront experience, the long term quality doesn't seem to sit well which bums me out.
