If you’re looking for an amazing daycare for your little this is it. I cant express enough how much we loved our time at Denver KinderCare. They treat you like family. We moved 30 mins away and for 6 months I made the drive so my daughter could stay with them. The time came to make the hardest decision to leave them and it broke our hearts but with kindergarten coming soon it was the best option for us other wise I would of stayed forever Kim, Sam, Janelle I can’t thank you enough for caring for my daughter like she was your own I never worried about her and always new she was loved and cared for while I was away at work. We miss you all very much! All the employees here are such big hearted and great people they helped my daughter grow so much from the infant room all the way through preschool. There is no place like home but when it comes to this place they definitely come close!

Literally had my son on the wait list for over 3 months and was told now they don't take children under 3 for CCAP. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Our son (our first child) has been in the infant room for a little over 3 months, and we're having a great experience so far! Ms. Renee and Ms. Roxi love him and care for him like he is one of their own, and we feel very in the loop with updates and pictures via the KinderCare app. They're also great resources to us new parents, with helpful, gentle suggestions when my husband and I ask for them. I can't speak for the older kids' rooms, but I do see how much Ms. Kim and Mr. Sam, the director and assistant director, seem to know every child who walks in the door and how they greet them with a smile. We also appreciate that they have flexible hours and not many days closed, good for our busy working schedules. This place isn't the fanciest we toured, but we're very glad our son is enrolled here.

Love this place! Very welcoming and you can tell everyone loves children here. Your child will thrive at KinderCare. The curriculum is amazing, I noticed my child’s progress in less than a month! The activities they provide for children are something I would’ve never thought of, love their creativity!

We had our daughter at KinderCare Jan 2023 until we moved away May 2023. In our time there i cannot say a bad word. Our teachers were Ms Maddie and Ms Rachel and let me tell you, if your child has either of these teachers you have nothing to fear. I was a first time stressed out Mom and these two ladies were amazing with me and my child. They gave me loads of advise on what to do at home in regards to trying to get her to crawl, or eat solids and spoke to me an a way that was so encouraging and helpful. My child LOVED them, and not only them, i wish i could remember all the names but all the staff were amazing. When we dropped the baby off everyone knew her name, they had a huge welcoming every morning and same in the evening, the staff told you about the day even though it was on the app and even if it wasent the two main teachers the other teachers were given a hand off and they still updated us upon arrival.Since we left here we have had AWFUL experience in a daycare that we had to remove our child for safety concerns and the others are okay but just not the same as KinderCare. We were spoilt here and now all we do is compare other centers to this excellent center.

We had our daughter enrolled in the infant room for almost a year. Miss Renee and Miss Noemi took great care of our little one. The Director, Miss Kim and Asst Director Sam were always present and available if we had concerns or questions. The kids were well cared for and the center was doing everything in their power to overcome the staffing shortages that everyone is dealing with. We were very happy with our experience and truly had a hard time leaving when a spot closer to home opened up. Miss Renee and Miss Noemi are very special people who will truly love on your babies. We are thankful for them.

PLEASE follow your gut! There is a reason they do not have google reviews. I only saw FB reviews online which do not help as I am not on FB. I should have looked at these reviews first, but they're hard to find, I hate seeing the previous employee reviews. I had my son who is newly 2 at this facility for 4 days before I took him out. I do not know what happened to my child, but it is VERY clear something was happening to him there. The teachers in their morning drop off have no empathy and seem annoyed with the kids. They take the children from you so you can leave and then you can just hear them screaming. They do not comfort them, in fact they just set them down and walk away. On the 2nd day I had a teacher lie to me about water! His water was left in the morning room, which accidents happen. Instead of saying that the lady brought it back to us and said oh he forgot it in the morning room, but he drank water, I refilled his bottle this morning. I knew immediately that was a lie as the bottle was overfilled (ice melted) and it still had the white peach grape flavor I put in it. Why lie? Trust was broken there.Next, I was told that magically by day 2 my son was using the potty and not having accidents. My son has accidents, this is a new place, additionally, he takes his pants off to go to the bathroom and that magically was not happening here. I would see in the app he had potty on the toilet. Yet then I was told he has an issue with the changing table. YES he hates that and I advised the lady he should not be put on it. After day 3, I was told he again had no accidents, yet he had his jeans in a bag and new pants on and no explanation. He also had a bruise on his back and on his legs. He is 2 so who knows. However, he started saying "ouchie" and "owie" to his genitals and that area when I was changing his pull up that evening. My son has NEVER done or said this. I was VERY concerned and worried something happened. My guess is they were too rough with him. I asked about it and was told "I don't know, I don't think anything happened to him" I'm sorry, you think? After day 4 I could not send him back, 1. because he had the biggest meltdown and was hanging on to items in the house because he was so scared and upset about school. I have literally never seen my son so upset. Real tears and I could hear his heart beating so fast. Plus, he had caught a little cold. Those teachers do not wipe the kids noses or faces. It was so sad to see a box of tissues and all the kids with red hurt noses, and snot running down their face. There was also NEVER a time I went there and did not hear kids crying. I did have a bad gut feeling when I went to the visit, but I was desperate as I am a single mom and my nanny up and quit with no notice. The only reason I tried it out was because I met Ms. Danielle, who I was told would be his teacher and she seemed nice. My son had her for 1 day when he was there and that was it. I will note when I picked my son up he was eager to leave, he grabbed my leg and headed to the door, he was not wanting to stay at all. I tried to chalk it up to this was his first day care and it is a new environment and place. But this is not normal. I will say Sam is kind, he seems nice enough. I did have a private conversation about all of this with him and let him know I was writing this review. I was disappointed that he did not do anything to make it right. He did not even seem that concerned. (Another red flag) Honestly based on the last two reviews I saw just today on Yelp, I would say it is probably accurate. They do not have cameras in the rooms I am sure for a reason. After I had this talk with Sam, I went to get my son's stuff. And magically even though my son was using the potty and supposedly not having accidents, I only got 3 pull ups back when I sent him with 18. So CLEARLY I was being lied to about that. And I do whole heartedly believe they hurt my son even if it was not intentional. A baby does not say ouch and owie to their privates out of nowhere. It

I still hear the kids crying and being yelled at during out door play. Once again this is not the place that I would want to send my child to.

As a previous employee, I saw firsthand the staff being awful to the kids (some going as far as telling me they hate kids) and a member of the staff forced dirt in one of the children's mouth. The people in charge did next to nothing about the incident and did not even tell the parents about the incident. I would never send my child here.

My experience with them wasn't what I was expecting. I feel that the staff gave up on my child. For a daycare center you'd think they would have it under control. I think if they had more resources and support for struggling families and children it could've worked out, but I'm glad to move on. Definitely don't recommend for single working parents with a hyper-active child.

I have been so happy with the care my daughter has gotten over the past 5 months at Denver KinderCare in the infant room. I have found all the teachers to be so caring and really seem excited to see her. Miss Deanna has been especially great to work with! She lets my husband and I know about how our daughter's day was and keeps us in the loop with what they are working on in the classroom. It has been so nice to feel comfortable with where we are leaving our girl during the day. We get pictures or videos each day that helps us to feel involved while we are at work. I would definitely recommend KinderCare to friends and family based on our experience so far! Thank you all for everything you do!!!

My son has been attending Denver KinderCare for 4 months and he loves going to school! The director and assistant director communicate well, know my son and always have smiles on their faces. My son's teachers are knowledgeable about my son's age and development, care for him like their own children and update me throughout the day! I feel lucky to be able to send my son to Denver KinderCare.
