We love this place! I’ve had a number of pants hemmed here and my husband had a jacket taken in. The service is fast, friendly, and affordable.

This is the most grossly overpriced dry cleaners in Denver. Avoid at all costs.

Hands down the worst service. They ruined my expensive coat and ghosted me despite numerous calls. Can’t recommend against this place enough.

They have put safety pins in my very expensive restoration hardware sheets! They have little tags on them to keep track of them! Interesting because they’ve managed to keep track of them using the no pin method. The pins have ripped holes in all of the different places where they have pinned the sheets! Unbelievable! They will continue to rip where the holes are so they are ruined! $750 per sheet set!
Was told by the manager to send them back in and they’d see what they could do. Outside of replacing my sheets there’s nothing you can do!
So unavoidable and just stupid!

I have not been to your establishment in at least 3 years but I came directly here (12 and Lincoln) when I needed to get my pants altered. Valerie at pickup was great very friendly and Mary was super fab when I came to pick up. Ladies....in a word y'all rock! Wait I guess that actually two words lol Keep up the GREAT WORK!

I recently used Dependable Cleaners for a simple hem job on a casual pair pair of pants. Before writing this review I was prepared to offer 3-4 stars for two reasons related to the hem job: 1-I had to set the hem line with a pin myself (this was a first). 2-The attendant told me it was going to take up to two weeks for the hem job to be completed (way too long for a hem job). Imagine my pleasant surprise when the pants were not only ready on the 3rd day but pressed as well! It was also nice to be informed of the completed job via email. I think this combo service was a good deal for $20. By comparison, a tailor in my nearby neighborhood wanted $30 with a true two-week backlog and no pressing. I don't know if I'll use this business for all clothing services, but I'll definitely use them for future hem jobs.Services: Clothes pressing

Same day service advises drop off by 9:00 am, we arrived at 9:02 am and they refused same day service. I understand that businesses need to set rules, but as a first time client with high potential to return and local to the neighborhood, this felt pretty absurd. Seems like their business doesn't have an interest in picking up new clientele. We'll be going elsewhere.

Wash and fold was way overpriced. And the cloths weren't folded so much as rolled up and then squished into a pile. Not a horrible experience but unlikely to be back.Girl at the counter was super sweet though!

Took a half dozen shirts in to try them out last week. The personnel are all very friendly and responsive. My shirts came out pretty well, I said no starch but they were a little stiff. The only complaint I have is the price. They are expensive. At $6 a button down shirt they are the most expensive dry cleaner I've ever used. Not sure if I will use them again as other cleaners, getting $4.50 a shirt do an equivalent job.

Was told it would take a week to clean when their website says done same day if dropped off before 9 am. Also, wanted 4 times what the local cleaner wanted. Will not go back.

The front desk worker is so abrasive and rude I walked out. Also this place is over priced

The only thing dependable here is price gouging. Around $15 to dry clean a standard men's button up business shirt. Obviously, for that price, they do not want to do it. The most alluring part? The staff have the personality of a broken paper weight. Vapid like zombies, if not rude. I can't imagine they'll stay open long. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to the Cleaners on Lincoln.

Wish I knew "fold" meant wad up and throw in a bag... I would have went somewhere else or just done it myself.

These folks did magic to save my jacket! There was a massive green oily stain from where a server spilled sauce on me at a restaurant. Barely a day later and my 40 yr old denim jacket is good as new.

We needed a wedding dress arranged and pressed with a short notice and Dependable Cleaners on Adams was the only place I found that could do it in one day. The staff was courteous and friendly. The dress was done perfectly. I would highly recommend.
