Horrible job!!!!! Took my daughter to get her nails done for her quinceañera and this is what she walked out with. The photos are what they claimed they tried fixing because they looked even worse before. I asked for a refund or have them fixed and both the nail tech and owner Kevin were extremely rude telling me that they looked fine and proceeded to grab at my daughter’s hand trying to explain to me that they looked good.
Again I asked for a refund or to take the nails off and the owner refused was yelling at me calling me cheap and to leave the shop. I paid $95 for this nonsense and had to take my daughter to another nail salon to have them removed.
Beware if you go to this nail salon reading all the other reviews and seeing that they have 2.1 star rating I am surprised the health department hasn’t closed them down. They don’t deserve even a 1 star!!!!

This place is horrible the lady working a booth 6 not sure if she knows what she’s doing she made my toes bleed and my nails bleed doing a simple basic mani pedi . Also this place is unsanitary doesn’t use new or cleaned appliances on people which is a health hazard. 100% do not recommend. After complaining about how she cut me she didn’t want to continue service until
i paid first which usually never happens in a service u usually pay after. She was upset i didn’t give her a tip but how could i if u couldn’t do a simple clear coat and u see the way she cut my nails ? and made them bleed ? i will NEVER come her again they need to go out of business. She also was rushing. why are u rushing and nobody’s in here ? exactly why they don’t have customers.

If I could I would give them a half a star,,I spent 63 dollars to be disrespected I have nerve damage and I accidentally dropped the nail polish, it didn't break but one of the employees started yelling at me and before I spoke I prayed for the right words to come out..I asked do u talk to everyone like that and as a human mistakes happen as I was speaking . The employee raises his finger to his lips to tell me to shut up,,this story continues a Slippery slope hardly anyone in the shop spoke English or didn't half understand. I called a prayer warrior bc I couldn't understand and her first words after prayer was...don't be angry with the person who served u and as I commenced to getting money out my bag once again 1 dollar fell on the floor and the other landed on the table and the worker thought I was throwing the money at her,,,,smh..it gets worst,,but This situation is not Over,,,Disrespected people either lash out for Change or Not,,,Let's make change because I hear this Establishment has a problem with Respect for the individual,, And with God & the Ancestors CHANGE IS COMING,,,,

got my toes done a few weeks ago and they still hurt. the pedi was so painful and although she was nice to me she was very rude previously to a costumer who also complained about pain. been there about 10 times and never walked out 100 percent not even 50 percent pleased. literally go to anyone but here

I would give zero star if I can. Had my pedi done here yesterday, cut me several times. She did nothing to stop the bleeding, she then spray alcohol on them. I told her it’s painful because they were bleeding earlier, but she acted like nothing happen. Two of my toes are infected today, I can see one of toe is really swollen and pus. I’m very concerned because I’m diabetic.
She didn’t even do the full service, she rub lotion on my legs and called it a massage.

Got a pedicure today. It was $30. That was the best thing about the service. The salon looked clean in general. Nobody was particularly rude or particularly friendly. The lady was way too aggressive when trimming my cuticles. I tried to tell her but she didn't understand or chose to ignore me. Most of the products she used stunk. She did a particularly crappie job pumicing my feet. My heals are still rough which is crazy because my feet are pretty nice in general. My heals are the only area that really need scrubbing with a pumice stone or whatever. She was definitely concerned about speed, not doing a good job. This is crazy too because it was like 2 in the afternoon, not busy at all.

TERRIBLE service. I doubt this placed is even licensed. Clearly unsanitary, the tech named kim did my nails and didn't even put a protective coat over the nail. This resulted in burning and pain. Went in to get a removal hoping for a refund to make up for the TERRIBLE service and nails that looked nothing like what i wanted. They didn't even use antiseptic or any type of disinfectant spray to prevent infection prior to applying the acrylic. Just raw acrylic powder straight on my nail bed. As soon as I mentioned a refund, the man at the front raised his voice and got an aggressive tone about how refunds aren't possible due to the fact that the service was already done. Ive got refunds at other salons, but whatever. I asked for a removal of my nails, all the techs continued to talk amongst each other about me, all bad things of course. Kim did the removal of my nails and she did so extremely aggressively. I had to urge her to be gentle twice, as she was ripping off the acryluc with another acrylic nail. Not gentle at all, and it was clear that she was taking her anger out in my nails. Why is it my fault that they have unsanitary procedures that result in not only pain but ugly nails? Overall a terrible experience. this place deserves to shut down.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! my mother got an infected nail from them & after we went back to try and get them removed for a refund they laughed in our faces. she asked if they could just remove them and the lady doing it was very angry. very unprofessional, dirty and rude establishment. She doesn't know how to look at reviews or had she known she woulda never stepped foot into this place

I asked for oval nails she gave me almond!!!! I kept telling the technician oval! She did my nails however she wanted said she had no more time, to fix it I'm extremely upset. A WASTE OF MY MONEY! DON'T GO HERE... TWO OF MY NAILS ARE CROOKED TOO! I Told another person that it wasn't what I asked for. He basically said almond and and oval are the same thing charge me $30 for crooked nails.. Then walked off rudely! The worst nails salon in denver! Worst customer service, and design. Don't waste your time!
