DHL has the worst customer service of any shipping company. 14 phone calls in 3 days and only 2 representatives with any knowledge and help to offer, lies and disinformation from the other 12 "certified international specialists". Package has been sitting in the warehouse near my address for nearly a week. How is it my responsibility to get you to deliver it when all of the paperwork is correct? Completely ridiculous and dysfunctional company with no organization to their process. A carrier pigeon would deliver more quickly.

DHL is continuing in a downward spiral for both their delivery service and their customer service. On the first delivery attempt, the driver attempted to deliver hours after our business, and most other businesses, was closed. I went through their customer service portal to ensure the attempt the next day was in the correct time frame.The reply, which obviously came from an off-shore service center, basically told me that they deliver when they deliver and that the next delivery was already scheduled for after business hours. Furthermore, it was made clear that the problem is mine because they didn't have hours of operation in the system, even though they have delivered dozens of times to us for years. Once again the delivery was attempted well after business hours.Once more I contacted customer service and was told that she emailed the Denver service center to correct the hours but, the package was already scheduled and could arrive as late as 11:59 PM. As it stands, we are a bit over one hour before closing and it hasn't even gone out for delivery. I guess that the solution to a closed business is to try a later time and see if, by chance, it may be open then, not earlier when most businesses are open.It is clear that DHL no longer wishes to deliver packages to the customer when it is convenient for the customer, only when it is convenient for them. We will be switching to another carrier for international parcel service and I recommend that you do the same.

Worst service ever. Avoid at all cost!They claim they attempted delivery but no one was home. This is a bald faced lie. I was home all day and no one ever attempted to deliver anything.DHL's customer service is largely useless. They can only regurgitate what the incorrect tracking information tells them. That is, if you can figure out how to talk to an actual human. The only phone numbers I can find for local Denver area DHL facilities redirect to the same useless customer service.

Maria Villegas and Victoria James-Clifford at the Denver Airport location was absolutely fantastic in helping with a difficult shipment of multiple gallons of liquid. She's the best!

DHL mistakely billed us for someone elses charges and refused to correct their error. Use other freigh forwarders that can fix mistakes for billing the incorrect party.

Came to the DIA airport location at 5:45 on Friday (6/16/23). I have never shipped DHL before. Vivian was so helpful and patient with me. She got all the paper work in order and my package sent off to Ireland to be delivered on the following Monday. My customer is going to be so thrilled.Thank you so much, Vivian!

Worthless and completely unreliable. I scheduled an important pickup for 9-10am pickup window. The driver showed up at the office at 7:30am, before the office was open and then refused to return for the package, even though they clearly made no attempt to come during or after the scheduled time. Extremely devastating, considering this was a time-sensitive shipment and DHL was contacted 5X from 11am on and refused to solve the problem.

Beyond ridiculous. I've been tracking a package and nothing. One day it would be they couldn't reach me because "no one was home" that was a lie number one. Second lie is I scheduled a day to come deliver my package they ignored my delivery date and changed it themselves without notice. I called and they said it was to late to deliver which I called to see why they never delivered that day hence why I knew they wouldn't be able to deliver that day. No notifications on anything letting me know why they weren't going to deliver on the day I scheduled. Didn't know they could do as they please and ignore my request. Terrible customer service.

After signing an electronic signature release package was not left at the front door. This is now the 2nd time a redelivery has been scheduled. Also would be nice if delivery people actually knocked on the door loud enough for one to hear. Maybe don’t hire mice to do the deliveries?

My shipments tracking says it's out for delivery for a week and it hasnt been delivered. The tracking says consignee's address closed two times. Other times it's on hold. Delivery was never attempted on any of three days. Its just lies. I needed my shipment few days ago. I need this fixed asap.

Honestly wish I could give zero stars, they failed to deliver to my apartment which is fine because they can’t deliver to the locker and you have to have a keychain tag to get in to the building, but now it’s almost a week later and I have no clue where my package is or when I can get it from the service point, the tracking service is so vague that every time I get an update I have to call customer service to find out what’s actually going on with my package but then whenever I call customer service it’s like the barely know what’s going on with their own shipments.

This review is for DHL and not Denver's delivery facility.While they're excellent at global shipping, the final segment which is delivery is terrible. Why would you not automatically provide the name of the delivery vendor and their tracking number used for the delivery portion? Your tracking status on the delivery segment was wrong and showed the wrong times which made things very confusing whereas the delivery vendors tracking was correct.Update: the issue is not with this DHL delivery center. The vendor used was not an issue either. It was with DHL's centralized system and their centralized support.

Driver was driving 60 mph through our neighborhood and ran over two of the neighborhood cats crossing the street. Very sad to watch, driver never even tapped the brakes or looked back. How do we get these awful drivers reported? DHL should not have drivers, should be pick up at a hub only.

The employee who was helping me was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. The only downside is the lack of locations so I had to drive all the way to the airport to get it done.

They said they attempted delivery and no one was home! DHL is the worst!!!! First, I signed a waiver to have my package left at my door. Second, I was home the entire day and evening they said they attempted my delivery. Now I am trying to get ahold of a human and it is impossible!
