My 2012 Honda Pilot was brought to Lonnie for repairs to the rear bumpper and right quarter panel due to a collision with a stationary object while backing up. Their repair of the resulting damage was beyond my expectation. Not only did they repair and replace the parts needed and smoothed out the "wrinkle" in the quarter panel caused by the collision, but they buffed the entire vehicle removing small scratches and road dirt that had been accumulating for years. Great Job guys! I highly recommend them.

This team is fantastic. I was in an accident yesterday and unfortunately I was an emotional wreck after getting to their shop. The owner himself came out to help me with understanding the gravity of the situation and was able to really explain everything that needed to be done. The front desk staff were just as amazing. Very empathetic and very knowledgable. I could not be more grateful to them for helping me through a huge life lesson. They were also able to give me a direct timeline with all of the recent strikes as well. I took note of how they handled another customer and they treated him the exact same way. I used them a few years ago, and their service was great. I needed them again this week (to repair my Tahoe's lock...attempted break-in), and AGAIN they were excellent. They showed me how I could repair it myself without incurring about $800 of work from them. They could have just stayed silent and done the work, but they are honest people...and helped without me spending a dime. THIS is one of the reasons I return to them when I need work done....trusted, knowledgeable, honest, and do good work.

When our Lexus was towed here after an accident we felt it was in good hands. It was later totaled and we had to go and remove all our belongings. They treated us with sympathy and respect appropriate to a major loss. It helped.

These guys been there for very long time. the works sometimes takes longer than you expected but they do great paint job and body repair!
