Do not use this company - they are a complete scam!! I just had a horrible and similar experience to many of you in these reviews. If you look them up on the Better Business Bureau you will see they have an "F" score and have been contacted by them for not returning deposits, responding to calls, and ruining furniture (look it up yourself, they also go under the alias Altitude Movers Denver which the BBB page states).I spoke to Joshua on 5/21/23 to book and confirm a move for 5/22/23 for the 12-2 PM slot. He requested that I pay a $318 deposit to his personal Cash App account, which I immediately did. I received zero communication the day of the move to confirm. Despite my dozens of calls, voicemails, and emails, they did not respond; leaving me with no mover! I have yet to hear from them still. As they are clearly ignoring me and trying to keep my deposit, I reported them as the scammers they are to Cash App - Cash App determined this to be correct and thankfully the app refunded the $318 deposit immediately to me. I hope others who were scammed do the same thing, it is very simple to do on the app. I also suggest you file a police report and BBB complaint, which I have also done. Do not hire this company unless you want your money stolen and for no movers to show up!

I called Die Hard Movers to book a move from Denver to Colorado Springs. Joshua Slusher, who said he owned the company, said pay a $318 deposit and i will confirm the move on the schedule. In fact he called me a few minutes later to make sure I had received his CashApp request in that amount and was going to pay it because only then would he schedule my move. I paid it then and there on the CashApp. But just 6 days later, Die Hard was a no show. No call, no truck, no movers. And no answer to the 18 calls and several texts I made that morning to find out what was going on. And no response to my request for a refund of the deposit through CashApp. Many calls and many days later Joshua finally answers the phone, says something about a mistake, and promised to refund the deposit by end of the day. It didn't happen. After many more calls, another promise to refund the deposit. It still hasn't happened and that was nearly 3 weeks ago. Calls go unanswered. Texts go unanswered. Requests for refund through CashApp go unanswered. His way of doing business should not go unanswered. Buyers beware. Don't get left with a no show and no deposit refund like me. I would be happy to refer you to the mover who i called after Die Hard was a no show and made our move happen that same day. I will call that mover again and again. But I will not be calling Die Hard for a move ever again.

I hate to leave negatives but I want to warn the public when booking movers! We recently moved to Denver from Maine and needed help moving. Called and booked this company and paid the $298 deposit required. Day of they weren't there at scheduled time, called no answer. Called again, no answer. Finally heard they were running 2-3 hours late from owner as a worker didn't show up. Frustrating but understandable, we still wanted the paid for service. Owner guaranteed that we would be done by 5pm that day, no worries. We wasted an ENTIRE day waiting for these people to show up and they never did! We had an empty apartment and had to book a hotel for the night. Finally the next day heard back from the owner that the day before had been his birthday and he hadn't been available due to this and his "men let him down". No real apology, no so sorry or anything. We are pretty frustrated at this point. I requested a full refund which he said he would process. This could take 4-5 business days. 5 business days later no refund. Called, no answer. Called again and left voicemail, no call back! I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company instead! Booked the next weekend with Super Moving Bros and they were fabulous! Highly recommend them. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT SERVICES RENDERED!

Absolutely horrible company. Very unprofessional work. The very first piece of furniture they loaded onto the cart they broke the leg off and simply said "oh that broke. Good luck with that." I have called their office everyday for 4 months and they have done nothing in regards to solving this claim. "Good luck with that" if you decide to use them for your next move. You have been warned.

The moving company called me last minute when they were already supposed to be at my house and said they needed to reschedule for the next day which was not possible for me to do. I had arranged for 3 movers with a truck to be at my house by noon. They only sent 2 movers and no truck and didn't get to my house until almost 4pm. This caused the move to take twice as long because of having no truck and they still charged me full price for the move. I will never use them again and I recommend no one else does too.

Totally unprofessional! They were late. Then, they cussed me out for something that I had no control over! Then, they left without doing a thing. Wouldn't give them one star!

Emailed for quote, no response. Called, and the Gentleman sounded very unprofessional. He couldn't answer my questions and said he would call me back without even gathering any information. Called Bellhops moving company and received professional responsiveness quickly.

I hate to give a poor review on a small business but this company is highly unprofessional. A deposit of $300 was required up front to book the movers, which I had no problem doing. Five days before my scheduled move, I called to cancel as I could no longer afford to pay movers due to budget restrictions caused by Covid-19. The owner authorized my $300 refund and said if it was not back in my account within 3 days to call him. The money was not returned by that date, I contacted the owner again and he said it would for sure be returned within two business days. I called the owner again when my money was not returned as promised. He stated they were having financial issues and asked for my PayPal account for repayment. I was assured that my payment would be refunded by the end of business that day. Shockingly, my money was not received and so here I am writing this review. I feel I had the utmost patience with this company and it's owner. I have tried to be forgiving and understanding, but this is unacceptable. $300 will go a long way for my family during this pressing time and I need my money back for a service I did not receive. Do not give this company your money, you will not get it back.

I called and left 3 messages to book a move with DieHard movers and each went unanswered. Nobody answering phone calls is understandable, but failing to return voice messages proves no accountability and laziness. I quickly moved on to book a mover who answers calls and messages, very disappointing service.

BEWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Owner is very rude and unprofessional!! I asked about the start time when I scheduled my appointment and was told it's from when they get to your house until the truck is unloaded. When I called after the move I was told it was from dispatch time to finish. Owner processed my card without my approval for over the amount that was due and was told rudely that it would take 4 days for the refund. I had purchased this through Groupon and boy I'm sorry I did!!

I cancelled with them, and still have not received my deposit back, and can never get anyone to answer the phone. If you need quick response, do not use them.

They were 3 hours late, jacked up a lot of my furniture and forgot to move my washer and dryer. They offered to go back and get it but I wasn’t going to pay for another hour and a half for them to move something that should have been in the first trip. After that they messed up the billing and over charged me. It took a month to get it refunded due to them never answering the phone.

Did not show up on time (did not receive updates, lied about 2 hour delay, stated they were in traffic)
