I had a tire blowout this last weekend and needed help. I planned to sell the car soon and financially did not want to replace all my tires. Because of safety it was really hard for them to let me buy only one tire. Tyler and his team were gracious and kind, they helped me to understand the situation and work with me to not have it financially burden me. They have been efficient and kind in helping me with this and I will continue to be a discount tire customer! Especially this location!

I have previously had positive experiences with Discount Tire and purchased my tires from them about 2 1/2 years ago. I went to this store last week because my tire light was on and I didn’t see any obvious tire issues, so I assumed that they just needed air. An employee came out to check the air level and told me my back left tire was so flat he couldn’t put air in it. This seemed strange to me because it didn’t look that flat. He recommended I go speak with someone inside, which I did. The person that helped me (unfortunately do not remember his name) told me that he could not pull up my tire warranty under my name or phone number, so I had to drive back to my house to get the physical warranty in case I needed a tire replacement. I returned to the store, and a different much more helpful employee told me they would need about an hour to look at the car and make sure there’s no damage to any of the tires. About 45 minutes later, I get a text saying that the car is ready. When I went to pick it up, the original person that helped me did not tell me what was wrong with it or what they did to fix it. I assumed they had put air in the tires, because that is what they told me, that they would top them off. However, my flat tire light is still on over 48 hours later… Such a massive waste of time.

Wanna give a shout out to Tyler who helped me today with a cracked wheel. I was very indecisive with my options, and it would have been very easy for Tyler to be frustrated with me. He did not show any type of frustration and only wanted to make sure it was taken care of. Thanks guys!

I’d like to leave a great review for the excellent customer service Joel provided.
Otherwise this place is a joke. From the arrogance of Tyler to the incompetence of someone breaking one of the center caps on my wheels. I asked if they know how to get them flush and I was told “yeah of course”. (This is a very expensive car). I walked out to the 3 remaining center caps that haven’t been broken, all being installed incorrectly. I had to do it for them. And the fact that none of the tires were filled to the same/correct psi.
The kids installing them were good kids and I wish them all the best. The terrible management and lack of guidance is not their fault.
Overall an unpleasant experience. Am waiting for my new center cap to arrive. I leave this review not in ill will, but in hopes that it will inspire some sort of change for the better at this location.

I’ve enjoyed a long and happy relationship with discount tire, and lately with this store in particular. I’m sort of surprised i haven’t written a google review before this because i love them due to their top notch employees and their attention and caring for their customers. today i got a tire pressure check from Rocky and he really went out of his way to help. i’m so impressed with all the service i’ve received from this location over the past few years. every person on their staff is golden and it’s always a pleasure to be their customer.

Thank you to the team at this location!
I had bad vibration from one of my wheels and after going to another discount location and another shop, both said they were fine. Each time the vibration was still there.
This location was the only once’s who did the balance correctly and they did it complementarily.
Thank you to the awesome team here! I will be coming back with all my cars.
