Worst kinda people, never want to help you always want to make money off you no matter what , don't waste your time going there find some other place then this , rip offs , rather then patching your tire they will try to sell you a tire , to make more money, didn't even check the tire and said oh you need a new tire , save your time and money, spend it at les schwab they are 100 time better then them

What a great tire store discount tire is. I would never use anyone else. Every time I visited this store whether it be for new tires, new rims or just a tire repair due to an embedded screw this place has always treated me great. Everybody here have always been friendly and professional. Thank you discount tire. You have my business for life.

Jesse Gilmore needs to get his store together PERIOD.
Staff are decent, but the service here is pretty much awful, I was coming in for what should be a quick air check, I was told 10-15 minutes at 2pm and 1 hour later, BARELY GETTING IN, and it literally took like 5 minutes! someone else ahead of me told the exact same waiting time, and they called ahead!!! Next time I'm low on pressure I know this isn't the store to come to no matter how low my cars tires are, when I'm in this area of Denver, Les Schwab or Big O Tires will be the place for me. At the Brighton Discount Tire center, they get you in and out quick without any issues and give accurate wait times, and when I showed up in the cold morning last time, there was zero wait for Air. I would have given 2 stars but it's not even worth that since they seem to be taking their time, for a basic air check I mean I've been a customer with Discount Tire for a long time, have family who go through them and have worked for them and I've never had to wait this much time for 1 tire pressure check.
Definitely should think about a drive up check so you don't earn another 1 star review for a 5 minute service check, how silly to not rush through the easiest part of your jobs.
If they neglect to stay on par with simple wait times at this store, what else is being neglected?? I mean if I gotta wait an hour, tell me that, so I can plan for it instead of me standing around expecting to be in and out in no time.

I had an appointment this morning to do a winter tire swap. A salesman went out my car with his magic scanner and told me my winter tires I was planning to install would not have good snow grip. They have TWICE the required minimum tread depth plus they are 3-peak designation which has a softer rubber compound for cold weather grip. I can understand wanting to sell new tires, but if the “free” seasonal tire swap is simply a thinly veiled sales opportunity, I’ll pass. And to be clear, I have used this store to purchase tires for a dozen vehicles between business and personal use, not just for free services.

Despite being on a super tight budget these guys took care of me the moment I walked in. Replaced my flat tire that sadly costed me a tow truck. They even checked and filled up my other tires at the same time. Coworker referred me to these guys because of their competitive prices cheaper than where I normally go. Definitely coming back!

Great spot to get quality tires at a good price. Went in for my balance and rotation - excellent service. Would recommend making a reservation to save time. There is a cute thrift shop and a Starbucks (as well as other places) within walking distance.

Excellent price & service. The store was packed but the turn around was quick ... Came back at second time and got tire repaired for free even though there were two nails in it and if it been on the ground 20 minutes earlier thanks guys
