I needed to cash my paycheck and went to the Alameda location. I had read a lot of bad reviews but went anyways because it was close to home. The woman I spoke to was wonderful and efficient. The customer service was great, the employee I spoke to was professional, and the location clean and easy to get to. After rereading the reviews again it looks like they all were from people who wouldn't follow simple procedures like waiting to sign the check in front of the cashier or from a time when there was different management. Also their fees are the most reasonable I've encountered here, if you need any of the services they provide save yourself the frustration and cost of going elsewhere and make DolEx your first choice.

They didn't cash my check because they didn't have any money... are you serious? So why do they have a check cashing business if they don't have money? They waste your time.

At 5111 W Alsmeda in Denver Co, they leave at whatever time they want for lunch and it is very inconvenient to come and they are always closed. 2 hours for lunch that is exaggerated!And still apart they leave the OPEN sign on.

Couldn't find anywhere that would cash my check on the weekend. Came here, the lady was very helpful. Took about 10min to verify my check but I walked out with cash.
