I waited for over an hour for a takeout pizza. I realized they were busy but they didn't say sorry and didn't offer any type of discount on my next Pizza like they probably should have to keep my business. I don't expect restaurants to be perfect when they're busy but I do expect them to take responsibility for the fact that they were clearly understaffed and at least apologize. All I got was a swift kick in the butt and here you go.Parking: Don't bother trying to find parking at this. There is never any parking available as they are always super busy. There were zero spots available when I went here this dayWheelchair accessibility: The restaurant appears handicap accessible. They have ramps to come up from the parking lot and the door is wide enough to fit a wheelchair. But I did not see push buttons to operate the door

UPDATE: Store understaffed today. Impressed by manager handling of rude, excitable customer in front of me. Kudos to staff!ORIGINAL REVIEW: If you do pickup, check your order at the store. I ordered a hand tossed and got a thin crust.

Y'all, customer service need to be a little bit more up to par. The food is good. The atmosphere sucks. Yeah, customer service sucks the service sucks. Everything else sucks besides of food you need to get that together. Have a nice day bye.

I order from here a lot so today I was disappointed. Delivery driver calling ahead of time to know about his tip? I thought that was really weird. I don't mind tipping but I didn't like him calling ahead of time. Then get my food then things are missing ? call the store back they were nice said he would have delivery guy deliver it . When he came back my son answered and the guy slammed our metal door. So all in all it was a weird interaction I don't like that.

Terrible!! Customer service pissed me off. I’m a very patient person but if I’m going to wait for a good 5 minutes than try to get everyone’s attention to get me my food I’m going to be mad. The guy acted like he couldn’t see or hear me and there was one other person in there having the same issue. Thankfully I didn’t pay for my food. I understand no one wants to work on New Year’s Day but damn show some respect at least. The staff on 1-1-2024 were terrible!!!

They gave me the wrong pizza, and the second time, wrong again and then John came out and said he will not make another one for me because he had 100 orders to make, that's not my fault. He was rude and did not apologize. Never again! No more Domino's pizza at that location. Beware, check your order!!

The guy with the neck tattoo and whoever was in the kitchen around 2:05 on 11/18/2023 was exceptional to such a degree we will continue to go to this location exclusively.

Our order took an hour and a half (when the app said 47 min. Still hopefully until the pizza arrived. The pan pizza wasn’t the pan pizza I remember and it tasted so bad it went straight into the trash. We ended up cooking a frozen pizza. Save your time and money.

My recent delivery took nearly 2 hours to arrive after being given an initial estimate of 24-34 minutes. To make it worse, the pizza was cold when it arrived so it tasted mediocre at best. There was no attempt to contact me to let me know my order would be extremely delayed and Domino's attempt at rectifying the issue is their delivery insurance - I can get a pizza that's cheaper than what I already paid for and pay another $7 to have it delivered or get 20% off my next order. My solution is to take my business to a different pizza place.
