DOWNS FINANCIAL is the best place you can find to get you every thing possible you could want. Be it a Refinance, Cash Out, or a purchase for your Dream Home. Shawn worked hours and on weekends to help us. We were a hardship to resolve. I can promise you that you will never be disappointed and I googled and researched for a month before contacting them. I was in real estate for 17 years before changing careers. I knew in a challenging market a good mortgage broker would provide a real advantage in buying a house. One that understands the current market trends, knows how to navigate the lending system, is respected by the industry, and has the time and patience to answer questions and must be available. Shawn Downs came highly recommended. Our first conversation confirmed that I had chosen the right broker. First off he answers his own phone and is available 9-7 Monday-Saturday. Initially he provided me a comprehensive list of required financial documents to start the process. Within hours of submitting these, I had a pre-approval letter for best interest rate and terms. On July 29th made an offer to purchase a house submitting the letter and contract to close August 20. Offer was accepted that evening. The next day Shawn had already started the loan process; getting it to underwriting July 31st and obtained loan approval August 2nd. Loan approval is a complex process that usually takes 30 to 40 days . We closed 19 days from contract date.
I believe that Sharon has the experience and knowledge to secure you the best mortgage rates and terms to meet your first personal circumstances. My experience with him was based on mutual respect and trust. I'm very confident I made a smart decision.
