Fruit smelled rancid when I opened it. Watermelon was soggy, apples are brown, pineapple wasn’t fresh. Disgusting.

Was the recipient of edible gift but the delivery system from this store is a nightmare. They use Uber or Door Dash and when called to make sure I’d be home, it was agreed gift would be deliver by 2 pm. I waited at home but got no delivery. About 3:30 pm I got a call as though it was the first time they called me as they had no record of earlier call. Person on the phone was complaining to me that they had 24 orders that day! Not my problem. Fruit arrived about 5:30 with flower bouquet included as an attempt to make this right. This store has poor systems for managing deliveries and buyers need to be aware of this.

I ordered from Edible Arrangements and was really impressed! The fruit was fresh and super tasty—definitely a hit. I also tried the brownies and cupcakes, and wow, they were amazing! If you’re ordering, don’t skip out on those treats. Highly recommend!

This place is great—I ordered for Mother’s Day and there was a (very small) problem with the order, and Brianna called me right away and offered to make a new basket. She made it fresh herself and even called right after it was delivered to make sure it all arrived OK. It tasted great and the presentation was really nice. Thank you Brianna!

Got my banana dipped chocolates and was clearly happy satisfied 🤤🤤🤤🤤 was in and out in less than a minute since I went in to pick up my placed order

Originally gave this place 1 star a few days ago. The location delivered my birthday edible arrangement while I was not available. I was told the arrangement was not perishable when it was actually a perishable item.
Long story short I reached out to management and placed a “1” star review and included photos
The very next day I received a phone call from this store who took full responsibility in the mishaps and sent a brand new arrangement the very next day
The arrangement was everything it was supposed to be !! Absolutely gorgeous and fresh! I can appreciate superior accountability and customer service.
I’m sure this store still has a journey in reorganizing their reputation however I must say, they really made things right with me, timely and effective 💙💙💙

I have never received such terrible customer service in my entire life. I am not one to type reviews because I know people have off days and I once worked in the hospitality business.
Rita, calls me to inform me that she is at apartment complex and is planning on leaving my arrangement, that my family ordered for me, at the leasing office. I was not able to answer the call at that second and called her back right away to tell her that our office doesn’t take packages and to have them show her where my unit is. Instead she tells me she left the package at my door (251). I check and is not there. I call her for a 3rd time to inform her and proceeds to take her frustration out on me and says she delivered it to 6515 (not my complex and not the address on the order) and questions me why that leasing office said I lived there. Not sure why she’s asking me these questions. She says to me, “I guess I’ll go try to find it” and hangs up.
She delivers to my door, knocks, and speed walks away. I wanted to talk to her to see if everything is okay but the fact that she couldn’t hand it to me, made it worse. I walk to her to tell her that she’s taking her attitude on the wrong person, because even then I understood her frustration. However she doubled down and didn’t take any accountability that she went to the wrong location. I ask her for her info and she tells me to figure it out as she turns her back to me.
If she would have taken accountability and would have said, “my bad I read the # wrong”, all would have been forgiven despite the attitude on the phone. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of ownership from my delivery person, I cannot let this go.
I submitted this complaint to the store and was supposed to receive a call back in 48 hrs? It’s been well over. I refuse to order anything from this location and will tell my out of state family to never order anything again.

This was a very poor experience with delivery. I called the store to check on delivery since the status of order was not updating. After a long wait I was told it was out for delivery through Door Dash. After some time I heard from the recipient that it was delivered to the wrong address. The recipient had to use Google translate with driver to catch them before leaving neighborhood. This took away from the experience of the surprise delivery. When I called the store, my concerns were dismissed since they stated that they had a lot of orders. I was upset that the experience was anticlimactic for the recipient. Very disappointed for this cost.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered roses along with an edible arrangement for Mother’s Day— not only were the flowers on the verge of dying but the bouquet was empty! Basically three flowers in the vase. So, they promised to send FRESH flowers out the Monday after Mother’s Day. Again, NOT ONLY were the flowers on the verge of dying but they were hideous!! And to make matters worse, they weren’t even roses like I ordered (picture attached). I called for a refund and the “manager” Breanna placed the blame on two new employees and admitted they did have and I quote, “ugly flowers” in their shop the day of the second delivery. When I questioned why she would allow that to happen as a manager, she went off and didn't allow me to speak. So, NEVER will I EVER allow anyone I know to order from here. The so-called "manager" was soooo unprofessional and never even apologized for the inconvenience. She does not deserve to be in that position. If that's supposed to be the leader of the store, no wonder it's as bad as it is!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I think they should just go ahead and close this location down or fire EVERYONE and get a whole new staff. They are so rude! I called to ask a question and the girl put me on hold while I was talking but never told me she was putting me on hold! When she came back on and I asked her she huffed and snapped at me! I will not be giving these hooligans my business!

Put in an order yesterday and then I noticed these reviews from this store. Person I spoke with assured me that it would be at the destination sometime between 11am-3pm. No issues for me. I will update this review if there is any issue.
Person I spoke to also said that if the driver doesn't take the order for some reason, they DoorDash or Uber Eats the order. So I appreciate the fact that they have backup plans and are comitted to getting the order out on time.
Update: Item arrived to recipient at 11:30am. Right on time. No issues whatsoever. While it doesn't LOOK exactly like the online picture, it looks great! Thanks for everything!
