Very big thank you to Manuel and family. We have been dealing with Manuel and El Dorado for years since my sister was a student at Regis.
They helped me with affordable repairs done right. In several instances they have helped friends and family members in tight spots get their vehicles sold for really good prices after their cars broke down/had total damages from car accidents. For another friend they not only towed the car at no charge, they offered him cash for the car on the spot and also helped him connect with someone who was looking to sell their vehicle that they know. My friend had a new car shortly after an unfortunate accident because of their help and for that I share the utmost gratitude.
These guys are professional and offer genuine kindness for their customers. It's best to visit the shop in person as they are always out on the road towing and helping people in similar situations navigate what to do.
If repairs are taking a long time, speak to them, often times they go out to every local junkyard to find the part you need for a fraction of the cost to you. If you have urgency in getting it fixed with brand new store bought parts that are more costly, all you need to do is let them know that.

Exceptional customer service! I was in desperate need of getting my popped front tire changed after the freezing cold weather damaged it. Albert from El Dorado tire shop walked across and down the street to my Jeep just to help me change my tire. He ended up checking for any additional holes and filling my front tires with air. As a single woman I can’t tell you how many car shops I’ve went in and the workers take advantage of my lack of car knowledge but not this place! I’ve never had a more honest and genuine experience at any kind of car shop than I just had at this one. Thank you again so much Albert and the rest of the employees that helped me!! I couldn’t recommend going to this shop more.

Small shop, crowded and I tried it this summer. Got my brakes with Manuel Cardona. He did good work. I will probably try him again.

Super cool and inviting staff!I first messed up my car nearby and a friend of theirs told me about them and they came to where my car was (not too far from) and changed my tire! Super helpful - not sure what I would have done that day$70 or 80 for a tire sometimes!Can’t beat it!So I forgot that with what I had done I would most likely need an alignment so unfortunately I had to come back not too shortly after for new tires (2)But with my car - all 4 In this case by the time I finally ran my tires to the groundBut after looking all over (16 miles radius) they hooked me up for the lowest deal for all 4 tires!For sure recommend10/10Service: Tires

Cash preferable.Family Owen business.Friendly and kind!I stopped one time because my tire was loosing air. He help me right away and for Free.I did tire change with my tire's! Really reasonable labor, reasonable used tires in very good condition.Very kind and friendly and professional.i definitely recommend them!I will go there again if I need their service!Great!Gracias!

Wonderful guys that do basic tires in rotation etc. really fast we're good guys I was in an hour and 10 minutes for a tire rotation

Our car had its catalytic converter stolen, dropped our car off with these guys and they told us they would call us if anything arose. 2 and a half months later nothing and they refused to answer our calls. However when dealing with them, they were very kind and polite.
