Overall they did a really great job and the final install was flawless. I'm super happy with the end product!I'd rate a 4.5/5 because it was a more time intensive process from my end between scoping visits, demo tour, estimate reviews, and a 2 day install becoming a 2 + 1/2 + 1/2 (not all their direct fault) so I had to miss more work than expected.Everything else was still top notch though. Good communication, very knowledgeable, very professional, and the install itself is super polished. Highly recommend!

John was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and tailored the installation per our preferences and didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t want. I changed my order to a lesser upgrade and received a refund promptly. The tech guys that came out to perform the installation and programming were just as professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again! 5 stars

I've used EI 2x and have always had great rates and exceptional service. I would recommend Jason (our technician) for any install. Very helpful in 'learning' the new Sonos interface and ensuring that our gear was working correctly; He even took the time to call Sonos tech support when something wasn't right. Be sure to ask for Jason.
