I have been so very fortunate to have found Andrew at Element Medical! Everyone I have spoken to or interacted with is so friendly and knowledgeable about the array of supplies available!I have been working with Andrew for about a year and he is spot on with everything they offer. He calls me every month to check on which supplies we need and what can be skipped for the month.I’m informed of deliveries and on the occasion I’m not home, he has called to confirm with me before leaving the supplies.This company and employees are amazing! When I was new to the medical supply needs, Andrew made this process easy and I’ve never looked back or questioned my decision!Keep going strong Andrew and Element Medical Supply!

Andrew and his crew have been more than helpful. They let me come view the medical supplies; hospital bed, walker, and other supplies at their warehouse prior to delivery. Were on time for deliveries and set up. Very knowledgeable of other products and where to find them online, so I could view them. Andrew has been great with follow-up. These guys at Element provided Excellent Customer Service at a time that most companies do not place a importance on this most needed aspect,Again I highly will and have recommended Element and look forward to future business with Andrew and crew at this growing medical supply company.Gene Starks

It had been a tough week for my family and we needed to secure a walker for my mother. After trying several companies who couldn't help me, I was lucky enough to call Cody with Element. I emailed him what they needed and within 2 hours he delivered the walker to my door! What excellent customer service, at a time when we needed some care. So thankful for Element Medical Supply and their caring staff. What a difference they make.

I Thank God for Cody and all the guys at Element Medical Supply. They have been so helpful and a true blessing to me. Not only are they very Professional but they care about what they do and the people they serve.Guys it is such a blessing to have met you and be able to experience the Extraordinary customer service you have given me I’m blessed to have contacted you not only did I contact 4 other place that had me very frustrated and did not care.
