Beautiful hotel. Loved the breakfast that is included, the omelet/waffle stations; and the evening reception, that included 2 comp drinks. Even if you don't drink, you can ask for a non-alcohol drink(s). I don't drink, so I had a punch w/lemon, cherry, ginger ale and ice.The front desk staff, can't remember the young man's name, were so polite and professional.

Clean and spacious rooms with super cool layout. Great variety for breakfast with kind and helpful staff members. Location is right in down town so you can walk to many of the local favorites.Only negative, the only parking option is valet at $56/night which would’ve been nice to know beforehand.

Overall, this was a great choice of a hotel to stay at. Convenient location. Very clean, beautiful lobby and dining area. Has a pool and 24 hour valet. Amazing breakfast buffet, that even has fresh omelet making stations!Only reason I'm putting 4 instead of 5 stars, is because for how beautiful the hotel is. I feel like some qualities in the rooms should be updated. Like the TVs. If they had bigger, smart ones in their, it would be perfect. Not that it impacted us much, since we were busy exploring the city. The beds weren't bad, but a bit on the firm side for me. And the parking. I understand it's the city, but $56 a day is a bit steep. Either way, I would stay there again, no questions. It was an enjoyable stay.Safety: Key card needed to access room floors. I always like that feature in hotels.Walkability: Close to 16th street mall and all that 16th street had to offer. Not too far to the capital building and Larimer street.Food & drinks: Close to many restaurants. The Stout Street Social attached to the hotel entrance has good food.

I really wasn't here for very long, but the hotel is quite nice and had a great location. About 20 minutes from Union station.

The room was lovely. I loved the suite style with windows to the hallway. It certainly elevated the experience. Breakfast was enjoyable with the made to order elements (eggs and omelets) and perfectly ripe fruit. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about the pastries and oatmeal and there were very few gluten free options available. A more affordable parking option affiliated with the hotel would also be helpful.

Would highly recommend the Embassy Suites. Easy to ride the light rail from airport. Excellent breakfast, clean & spacious room, and great evening reception. Will stay here for future Denver trips. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

We often visit this hotel to offer hair and makeup services to guests attending conventions or special events. The hotel rooms have great space and excellent lighting, while the hotel staff consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. A 5-star experience from us!

We stayed for 2 nights in their premier suites on the 16th floor. The room had a number of issues, broken tvs, broken bathtub, AC not working, bathroom ceiling water damage, bathroom grout missing or molding. We switched rooms at 1am that night, completely awful with a 3yr old. They discounted the rooms by $90/night which was nice, so we expected a bill of $350 when we checked out. Transaction history showed 4 separate transactions totaling $860 in total charges. Made 3 phone calls inquiring who/what/why but no one can give me a straight answer.I just got off the phone with them to no resolution, which is why I submitted my review. Terrible hotel and service, I know times are rough but getting charged more than double for a not so premium suite is horrible. Never again do I want to talk to that unhelpful front desk group of ladies, absolutely terrible and unfriendly.Noteworthy details: Suite had lots of things broken.Broken faucet for bathtub, pixel lines going up and down on both tvs, AC permanently on cold and high, grout in bathroom rotting, bathroom ceiling water damage or mold. Awful experience for a 16th floor premium suite

We ended up booking a last minute reservation Thanksgiving weekend, as weather kept us from heading home.We were able to have an early checkin, which was helpful and the receptionists were kind, but when we got up to our room, there was a VERY odd smell. My husband and I were so exhausted from our trip, that we tried to just ignore it and take showers & a nap.We left for dinner and came back, and decided the smell was too much and asked to change rooms. We also found chunks in the sink, so we think someone had thrown up in the bathroom sink.We were promptly moved, and everything was fine after that. The next day on our way home, we realized I had left my necklace in the first room. We called MULTIPLE times to ask if they had found the necklace, and kept getting disconnected from housekeeping. At one point, we could tell they blatantly just hung up. This was not giving me confidence that they were even trying to find it.We received an email a few days later saying they never found it... I can’t imagine where it would’ve gone within the span of 24 hours, when the room would’ve been vacant because of the smell.Would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great location if you are visiting the conference center (literally across the street, great view of the bear!)Good options are excellent! Breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelets.Parking sucks, but what’s new. Use surface or deck parking, skip the overly priced valet.Rooms: The suites are always nice. Literally 3 sinks in the room with a nice living room and 2 TVs. Take a Roku or Fire TV though as channel selection sucks.Nearby activities: Conference Center across the street. Two blocks to 16th Ave.Walkability: Walk to pretty much anything downtown. Mostly flat.

Anniversary went off without a problem. The front desk was super helpful. We had a nice welcome gift when we got to the room. All the stuff I asked my concierge for was provided. Just got to enjoy each others company and relax. The mangers reception is still a wonder addition to the stay. As well as the breakfast after a long night.

Beautiful hotel! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast and happy hour drinks were the best we’ve had yet and complimentary! The pool is heated and lots of fun for the kids. Location is perfect for any events you may have going on downtown. Close to the 16th street mall and shopping nearby. Wonderful place to stay and family friendly.Rooms: Large clean rooms with everything you need including a mini fridge and a microwave.Food & drinks: Restaurant on the first floor was amazing. They had a variety and food and it was all delicious. Atmosphere and staff were great!

The kind and understanding staff (especially Rachel) stand out as the reason for this review. The location is perfect for business, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast is a perk. The staff behind the check-in desk and text messages and service are what make this place truly special. Thank you for a surprisingly great stay!
