The hats I have had made at Encounter are wearable works of art! The quality is exceptional and the attention to detail they focus on is immaculate. I get nonstop compliments when I wear them, each 1 having its own style and vibe. They can do anything and everything and have so many colors and shapes available. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a hat that impresses and will last (my oldest hat is 6 years old and still in perfect shape and condition after hundreds of wears)

Had the best experience making my first custom hat! I made an appointment at the Denver location not knowing what to expect and was a little over whelmed. Kyle was absolutely awesome! He walked me through every step, exploring every customization option and totally found my vibe. He helped me to create a hat that was truly just for me. I cannot wait to come back and make another. Highly recommend. The real deal!

Had an unbelievable experience with Kyle at the Denver fitting studio! Great room with the an amazing view of the city! I love the variety of options that are available, if you can imagine it , Kyle can truly make it a reality while also making sure it looks and fits perfectly. Would absolutely NOT recommend. I was so excited to get a hat from this company for my wedding day. I originally inquired via DM on instagram ( which they explicitly asked us to do) during a sale they were having for Black Friday. Did not receive an email back like they said. I then scheduled a fitting in Denver and was cancelled on last minute. The owner, Kyle Theret responded and when I tried to reschedule and get more information by sending two additional emails, he completely ghosted me. You’d think you give a better customer experience for someone who wants to spend $500 on your hats. If you’re looking for a professional company who values their customers, I’d go elsewhere.
