My mom isn’t one to write reviews, but I am, so here it goes…She has gone to this location several times and between the inconsistent procedures, poor communication and overall subpar customer service— reserve at your own risk. She had a ride scheduled for them to come pick her up to get the car, not only were they late, but she had to call them to remind them of a pick up.In addition, she had a very clear insurance card with everything regarding coverage spelled out… instead of asking clarifying questions, she decided to sneakily go call the insurance to verify (couldn’t get through), got frustrated, and then returned to my mom to say that she doesn’t have appropriate coverage … which is false. #1 She wouldn’t have been able to reserve a car weeks prior if that were the case, and #2 the information was on the card. With all of that being said, what could have been a 15 minute reservation pick up, ended up taking at least three times as long, all because the people and general customer service skills are lacking.When my mom returned the car, they asked for feedback, and she gave it. I personally think the entire reservation should have been comped for all of the hassle, but she settled for a ride back to her destination.Good luck.

Terrible experience every single time. Last time had a rental scheduled show up to the location no car there for me had to go pick up the car from another location 30 minutes further from my home. This time was told $50 deposit that's fine get to the location now im told i have to pay for 10 days even though im only keeping it for 4 okay should've been told that prior to getting to the location. Now im told they dont accept my card even though that's where i get my direct deposit. Try to use my brothers card nope has to be under my name but wont accept the card i have under my name that is issued through my job and direct deposit. Ridiculous stay away from enterprise

This location has the worst entry level manager ever her name is Katy. She is rude condescending and unprofessional. She seems to think she has the power to do whatever she wants and treats customers poorly. I don't understand how Enterprise employs such people that don't have the customer service values that the company stands for. If you're not happy providing exceptional customer service you should not be in this type of industry. It is important to be happy at work and smile to all potential customers and leaving whatever personal problems you may be having at home. I have been an Enterprise customer for a very long time but now I will go elsewhere for my car rentals. Thank you.

Beware of this location. The lower management is not professional and will take advantage of the power they believe they have to derail, destroy and ruin your trip plans. I'm sure Enterprise has not and will never bestow this kind of power to someone at such a low level. She feels she has control beyond her means and can do as she pleases. Her name is KATY...She will take comments out of context and use them as her own personal insult. You can disagree with someone professionally without feeling insulted, especially if you dont believe someones sentiments. You definitely do not become argumentative towards customers. I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for over 15 years but this location needs better lower management. I would not rent from this location ever unless the lower leadership changes. I will consider other companies for my future rentals due to the terrible experience I had at this location. Beware to all!

Terrible experience.Booked a month in advance and when we came to pick up our car, we were told that we needed to have a “round trip itinerary.”Nobody notified us of this “policy” in advance, but fine we can just book a flight.After we booked a flight on the spot, more terms were mentioned by the branch manager including the flight needing to be booked 24 hours in advance and had to be out of Colorado.When we inquired where we could find the policy, we were explicitly told to look on the website, which we did and DID NOT find any information regarding this policy and these terms, to which the response from the branch manager was it varies state to state and it was out of her control and deemed necessary by her “boss’s boss,” whom we never met and did not come out of her office the whole time we wasted there.Ended up calling Avis on the spot and got a car secured in less than an hour.

Not recommended for international students. They required us to book a flight back to our own country on the date we return the car. Since we are just traveling during school break and only plan to return to our school after break, they refuse to rent us a car even though we already booked one.

Yesterday, I was greeted with a smile by Marysa, as I approached the reservations counter. She had my reservation confirmation at hand and provided all information regarding the rental car.Marysa also offered a free upgrade. The entire process of picking up the rental car and dropping it off, was a breeze. This company saved me money and time because of the ability to make easy online reservations. This location was much more convenient for me. This location has a professional and courteous staff and I would highly recommend this location and will use their services again.

Probably the best enterprise in all of Denver. Even helped with problems caused at other stores that i thought would never be resolved. Just make sure to avoid downtown Denver store if you can.

I was in a car accident last month somewhere in October 17. Gladly my insurance was in contract with enterprise and I rent out a car. The service was extraordinary beyond my expectation and it was my first time there. I saw the reviews for this location before but after meeting the new team, I am happy to inform that old reviews for this location was "exaggerated". My experience maybe different from everyone else but for me. The experience with this location is the best I could've ask for. Thank you "M" for helping me. 10/10 would return to this location.

Very friendly service even though they didn't have a car I reserved they pulled out a van from the back and didn't leave me rideless.
