I bought a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander from them but traded in my GMC to them and they did a switch when we went back the next day because the banks were closed and the one we actually test drove was fully loaded all wheel drive and the one we have is not!! It's not fully loaded like I told the guy i wanted!!! I don't know if I should go back there or not!!!

First time car rental here! And Brandon was FANTASTIC he was such nice and friendly experience with him, not only was he quick with service but he assured me every step of the way with any concerns I had, including his female staff member (I wish I got her name) but she walked me through the steps of a collision were to happen and what to do with the full coverage I purchased which was only $25 ish dollars a day compared to others charging nearly $50! Thank you I will be renting with you guys again! ?

I had a great experience working with this Enterprise location. I was rear ended and had to have a rental while my car was being repaired. The at-fault driver's insurance company was less than pleasant in all of my interactions and adamant that I was not eligible for a rental car if it exceeded 4 days which caused a lot of frustration and anxiety for me. Brandon was great though - he took over in the dealings with the insurance company ensuring that the rental was covered for the duration of the repairs and that they covered a vehicle equivalent to my own vehicle that was being repaired. Additionally, when my car was ready for me to pick up, I did not have alternate transportation to Classic Collision so Enterprise arranged for me to have a ride over there. I would definitely recommend this Enterprise location and want to thank Brandon for all of his help in this process, it did not go unnoticed and was truly appreciated.

I came in on the 11th after going to I believe 3-4 other dealerships and right when we got there Joe came out to greet my parents and I when the other places were busy but also seemed to rushed or just didn’t acknowledge customers so I was happy about that, Joe was so attentive with us and caring making sure he listened to what features I wanted in a car also just making sure that I was comfortable with everything explaining in detail about purchasing my car answering all questions I had or even my parents. Definitely a 10/10 experience and will probably come shopping here again in the future the whole staff is just so sweet and really want to make sure you’re buying a car you’ll actually love!!

At first I was extremely satisfied with the service. A salsey guy in a suit, at a car rental, named Guido (no really) practicly begged for a positive review. I did gladly. Then days later wasa service charge appered on my account. I was assured everything was settled. Ironically after my review link had expired, random charge. Shady and desperate business.

Personable and understanding My partner and I got double hit and totaled cars on the side of the street... thankfully the guy that hit us had good insurance and this enterprise heard our story and got us out options to get going again faster than anticipated

We were pleased with the comfort of a car with 51,000+ miles. We were disappointed that the oil light was on almost all of the time we had the car for one week. We were told to drive the car....the oil reset had not been done. Not a comforting thought when we were in spots 50 miles from service or telephone reception.

We initially ordered a suburban at the 104th and Grant location. Upon arrival and picking up the vehicle, we were told that it was not there. We ordered it online and called in to make sure that the vehicle was there. is still was not there. We left frustrated and went up the street to the other location on 104th. Brandon and his staff took care of our needs in the situation we were facing. My hats off to those guys. Give them a raise! Good job Brandon & Team!

Excellent customer service! I needed to quickly rent a vehicle while my Nissan is having warranty work at Larry H. Miller next door.... the entire team at this Enterprise location really came through! Their service is outstanding in every way, and they're all very friendly and helpful; the attention to detail provided by them is superb. I needed a rental car for 2 weeks while my car was being repaired. Enterprise picked me up at the auto shop and gave me a Jeep SUV. The car was clean. After 2days the key fob was showing a low battery. I took the car in and Enterprise put in new batteries. The car ran well throughout the 2 weeks. When my car was ready I drove the Jeep to my autobody shop and they took care of returning vehicle. The entire process was no hassle / easy. The customer service was top notch.
