The staff are motorcycle people who are extremely knowledgeable, passionate, honest, and straightforward. They offer no high-pressure sales tactics. Customers report the best vehicle purchase and service experience, with staff who are always willing to help and answer questions. There was a misunderstanding about a rental on my part and Eric was friendly and took the time to not only figure it out but kept great communication and really went the extra mile to hook me up. I appreciate service like that. Would gladly deal with them again.
