Rented a Porsche 911 or similar for a birthday celebration and was offered a series of entry level luxury sedans which were supposedly “of the same class”. Nothing over 4 cylinders. No two seaters. (bmw 2 series, mercedes cla 250, genesis g70)
Ended up canceling the rental rather than paying $400 for a $45k “exotic”. Would not recommend

Went to the Aurora location to rent a vehicle for a date and the customer service was awful. I wasn't impressed by the selection of vehicles.

I've only rented cars from Enterprise since I turned 25 because of their level of customer service. It hasn't always been perfect, but they've always made it right. However, Rachel W. at this location took the customer service that I appreciate so much about Enterprise to levels that I didn't think possible! 5 Stars are not enough to describe how perfect this rental experience was for my family and I, and it's got me looking forward to the next time I travel to Denver. Thank you, Rachel W., you are awesome!

I've always had excellent experiences with Enterprise Exotics locations in the past, and the Denver location proved to be no exception. David went above and beyond to ensure the availability of the car I was hoping to rent, and everyone at the location worked to provide great, proactive service. The car itself was also great, of course!

Waiting for hours in 100+ degree weather with no AC, unorganized staff, and a bunch of other irritated customers. The car I eventually received smelt like cigarettes and no other options were ready. Avoid this enterprise at all costs unless you want to spent the first day of your vacation at the car rental spot.The “manager” Noah was completely condescending and needs an attitude adjustment. I asked how to contact customer service and he told me to “Google it”…nice.Fortunately corporate made things right but I won’t be patronizing this Denver location again.

Worst Enterprise experience ever. Far from "Exotic". I'm a 12+ year Enterprise Platinum member. Waited 45 minutes in line, they took me to a Jaguar that was half washed, not to mention it looked like it had been cleaned with sand paper. They put me in a Cadillac when I rented a Mercedes GLE, Audi A7, or something similar. Insult to injury, I used 12,600 reward points and paid an additional $595, only to get a Cadillac. Didn't know Cadillacs were exotic. When I returned the car I told the representative, he said he'd have the branch manager call me. He never did. I sent feedback to Enterprise via their website and got a nice response from Melissa who told me she turned this over to regional management and that they would call me. I'm still waiting for a call 3 days later. Epic failure Enterprise.

I was given service with a smile at Enterprise in Denver. Enterprise is the only car rental service that I use, as I am always satisfied with the service that I am rendered!!
