Cherry Creek has been my go-to store since 16th street location closed.
During my most recent visit, I went shopping specifically for some outfits for an upcoming trip. I was greeted by Geo who came across with pleasantry and energy. I communicated with Geo I was seeking new pieces. Geo asked several questions to understand what kind of pieces I was seeking, such as for dinner, dancing, etc… Geo quickly pointed out several articles of clothing and made suggestions on how to wear them along with different ways to style. Geo has great sense of style, funny and very outgoing. I found Geo to be encouraging in picking out outfits but managed not be pushy in making me feel I must purchase the item, which is a plus! I appreciate she spoke both English and Spanish and I was able to communicate with her in either language.
She was rocking some Express clothing, which is an awesome marketing technique to showcase Express clothing.
In addition, I would also like to acknowledge Tàm who picked out a cute jumpsuit I would have never chosen and feel in love with it.
I appreciate the diversity in employees Express brings onboard.

I got to the store at 8:30pm on Monday October 7,2024 and the staff told me that they were close, even if the official website says they close at 9pm they were rude and shut the curtains almost over my head, so don’t go to this store if they’re an hour or half an hour about to close, cause the staff is lazy and the store is gonna be close cause the staff wants to go home early.

Worst online shopping experience from this store
This is the second time I’ve received the wrong delivery from this company. The first time, they sent me the wrong clothes, and the second time, there were missing items! What is going on? Does shopping online have to be this difficult with Express?
By the way I have a wedding next week and now I won’t be able to get my suit on time 😡😢

I was having the worst luck finding an outfit for a wedding today but Julie changed that completely! She found me a ton of options and I ended up leaving with the best outfit and shoes I could've hoped for. Completely changed my day!

I think he said his name was Henry, but he was so helpful and kind. I was buying stuff for a quinceanera, and he pretty much styled me. Love the look and super comfortable

I had an amazing experience with one of the sales associates, Julie (she was working Sat around 4 on June15th and wore a blueish sweatshirt ) She went above and beyond to find different outfits, sizing and even giving her honest opinion on outfits that didn't look good on me. She built me up when I didn't feel comfortable about my body shape and was so kind and sweet. She deserves a raise and all the accolades, because of how she went above and beyond to help me!

Advertised hours are wrong. Showed up at 8:30 to grab a jacket I had already bought online and everywhere online says they close at 9. Showed up and it was closed Even got to talk to the worker closing and he said he couldn’t hand it over to me becsause his “manager” said no. Bad service, bad experience and mostly overpriced. Won’t be back

It's a normal Express. Their style is kind of weird these days and I wish they had dress shirts that a normal person would wear for less than $70 but oh well. You know what you're getting I guess.

I was having a not great day. I work in the mall so on my break I decided to head into express, knowing they were having a sale. I found two items that I thought would work for me and headed to check out. Then I met Josef! He informed me I had two rewards AND was kind enough to try and use a coupon for me. I was FLOORED. He was so sweet and made my entire day. Go Josef!

Went inside looking for a suit when Kameron gave my wife and I a good tutorial on how to suit shop.Also the stylist Jayson was very enthusiastic about his job which added to the experience.
