The staff are friendly and helpful. The units are incredibly clean and the building upkeep is fantastic. Dollies can be a challenge to find when it gets really busy but most of the time we haven't had any problem getting one. We've been using this storage facility for 5 years (changing unit sizes as needed) and have been very pleased with it. The 10x10 size is very popular so if that's what you need, you may need to wait for availability but otherwise we haven't had any issue getting what we needed in a timely manner.

I had a phenomenal experience today at the storage unit on 5062 Central Park Blvd. the gentleman was very very helpful knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciated how clean the unit was and his impeccable service. I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s a great place and safe place to keep your stuff.

Richard was very kind and helpful as I walked in to check in after renting my storage unit online. The facility also seemed to be well maintained.

Hey, we actually had two units for most of the year. The big drive up variety on the outside. They were perfect for our purposes and on two occasions I didn’t manage to get a lock correctly placed in the latch and they called me to let me know that I missed it. Richard, in particular at the front desk was very helpful. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I will call these guys.
