I was figuring out was size of storage unit I need until I've talked to Ms Chi Duyan who is very helpful and accommodating. I was happy to have a safe and clean space to store some of our belongings. Highly recommended! 😊

Trevor was so easy to work with. He helped me secure a unit best for my needs. I moved my things on the weekend and everything went smoothly. My code worked and my unit was ready to use. Couldn’t have ask for a better experience!

I have to give the location so much praise. The manager, Trevor, is so kind & so helpful every time I call, with any issue I have.
I lost my entire set of keys, including the keys to my storage unit. Trevor is usually there, but the day I went to have my lock removed, there was a manager from a different location, named Jan. She was AMAZING!! The process to remove the lock, (with a power drill) was quite difficult. Jan was determined to get into my unit, despite the lock being stuck. She was aware that I needed to retrieve my suitcase for an upcoming trip. I told her it was totally fine for me to come back in a couple of days when Trevor was there, but she worked diligently to get the lock removed. I would like to thank them for being AWESOME, and always going above and beyond to help me.

Trevor was awesome throughout our whole rental time there. The storage facility was always clean including the restroom. They have moving equipment for your convenience, HOWEVER, the initial move-in price was reasonable until 4 months in then the price raised then 4 months after that the price raised again, so not even a year has passed and we’ve already had to pay an increase. Very sad, we had planned to keep our things there for 1 yr only but decided after that 2nd price increase we’d get our things out early.

Trevor and Richellann are awesome! They were so kind, courteous, and accommodating when I had a problem with my original move out date, and in several instances before! They provided the best customer service and customer care I've experienced in quite some time. You can tell that the staff take pride in ensuring the facilities are clean and secure. Highly, highly recommend!
