Yan truly is the best employee to have and that you want to do business with, he is beyond understanding and helpful as he listens to you like a conscious kind human who not just makes you feel heard but does his best to actually help you.. this man is why I chose ExtraSpace and the only reason I didn’t go with one cheaper and closer because this is the kind of person I want to work with and for as he needs to be in charge so that the service level/rating of any company he helps run will drastically increase as Yan knows how to help serve customers and is one of the people you meet that restores your faith in humanity!

My car was stored in there and a wooden beam from the ceiling, with a nail in it, fell on my windshield, creating a crack in the windshield that required a repair.
