Justin, the store manager, goes above and beyond in every way. He takes the time to get to know you as a person, not just a customer, so he can better understand your needs. He’s always willing to lend a hand, whether it’s helping load and unload items into your storage unit or paying attention to details others might overlook—like stepping in to open another door for convenience when one is temporarily malfunctioning.
I’ve used several storage facilities in the past, but this one stands out as the best. It’s clean, respectful, and well-run, and it’s easy to see why it’s so popular: the staff truly care about the people they serve. The level of customer service here is rare, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.

The employees were incredibly helpful. The prices were fair, and they were flexible with my move out date. Justin at the east academy blvd location was especially helpful with the transition!

I wasn't sure what to expect out of a storage unit, as I had never had one before. But, Justin sets a high standard! He has been incredibly helpful in helping me navigate the storage unit process, answering all my questions and giving me flexibility when needed. He walks the property and makes sure all units are securely locked, and look normal. Both, Justin and Mikey are very friendly and professional. In addition, the place is clean, well lit and secure.

Fantastic storage unit. Easy to access with wide hallways to drive your car in. Almost always a staff member on site to assist with misplaced keys or other mistakes.
Plus, they sell tape and other packaging Products in the front office in case you left some at home.
Easy to use, air-conditioned and simple five out of five would recommend.

Best storage unit I’ve ever had. For starters it’s super cool driving into an old air force hanger. The property is always super well kept and my belongings were always safe. Reasonable prices and great management
