I need to provide personal feedback and request immediate answers regarding my recent experience with your facility.
I opened a 30x10 unit on Tuesday, November 18. Before arriving on my move in date, I called the office three or four times to ask basic questions and confirm expectations. Each call was rejected. When I walked in, the employee said, “oh, you’re the one that keeps calling me” with clear irritation. She had a friend inside the office who she gave more attention to than her actual job. Her attitude was unprofessional and she offered zero customer service or courtesy.
When I went to access the property, the gate was stuck open on one side, which was very concerning for my first visit. I wondered if this was normal. When I reached my unit, it was not clean. There was dirt, debris, leaves, and cobwebs throughout the entire space. My daughters and I had to spend forty five minutes to an hour cleaning the unit before we could even move anything inside.
Now today, Thursday, November 20, only two days after moving in, I received a call that my unit was broken into.
This has been the worst experience I could imagine with a storage company. I need answers right away. What happened, how this will be resolved, and what steps you are taking to address the employee behavior, the lack of security, the open gate, and the condition of the unit?
I expect a prompt response.

An awful storage facility and the woman at the front desk refused to let us leave the area even after all payments were due they have a Rat infestation and will not hold true to the insurance policy that they’ll cover damage to good due to rats they will charge you more for trusting this awful place
