Christine and the rest of the team was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Even when a subject that came up that didn't pertain to \\\"THEIR\\\" job we received calls, texts and emails to help with every step of the process. Thank you every one again. I will be calling when we need our next home purchase ?

I had such an amazing experience working with Josh Slater and the Fairway Independent Mortgage Team! Josh was so patient, thorough and caring throughout the whole entire process. He was with us every step of the way and not only guided us through the application process in the beginning but, also the closing process in the end. As a first time home buyer, me and my family could not have asked for a better team. FOREVER grateful for Josh and all of his hard work and dedication!!

I DO NOT recommend these guys. I was working with them for over 4 months until I said screw it because they kept beating around the bush trying to get my credit up, which I did everything they asked of me still not getting anywhere to get a home even when I told them I was under a time limit with a new baby coming. They dinged me atleast 7 times on hard inquires.

I had such a great experience with Chris and the team at Fairway. As a first time homebuyer, I really appreciated that he broke down the numbers and explained a variety of loan options for me. Chris and his team were so helpful and consistent with communication, which made the process as stress-free as one could hope from start to closing. I would highly recommend Chris.

Josh and the Fairway team were easy to work with for my home purchase in Denver. He was always available to answer questions and for making offers, especially after typical working hours. He kept me up to date on the rate changes throughout the process so we could lock in the lowest one.

As a third-time homeowner in 3 different states, this was by far my best mortgage experience to date. Christine Stirling personally made homebuying an absolute joyride. She singlehandedly removed the panic and fear, slashed the gut-wrenching rawness of those ugly numbers by simply explaining the details in reasonable language and being overly available and approachable throughout my buying process. Her fervor in securing the best rate and her honesty and forthcoming-nature throughout this process was exemplary. I hope others can experience this type of mortgage process, why can't it always feel like this? 10/10, highly recommend.
