Walked in, asked the clerk whether or not they had a product. She looked at me bewildered, moved some stuff around on the counter and then turned back and shrugged at me with wide eyes. Not once did she use a single word. Weird. Creepy. Next!

Need better customer service and better English speaking skills ..and people not accusing customers constantly, when you spend hard earned money there.

Killer pistons on front door malfunctioned and forcefully hit my husband. He was unharmed, although the bottle display next to the entrance was not so fortunate. Many commuters were in the store given rush hour, and witnessed the Maximum Overdrive-style attack. The force was such that it would have killed a child or elderly person, and could have caused him serious injury had he not moved like a sexy ninja (he says ninja, but I picture a suave latin dancer). Tried to bring the defect to the attention of the counter staff, who were hazy and disinterested. Called back the next day and the suddenly-vigilant counter staff would not provide any information about managers/owners or how to contact them other than to say call another time. We don't care other than that some kid is probably going to get chomped. If it was your kid, please contact us as Fast Break has been made aware of the defect. We also let Conoco know, since it's their gas station. Other than the trying to kill my husband, the convenience store was as expected for the neighborhood.
