I've been broken into
the gate is always freezing
and will not open
storage has flooded over and over and they do not fix ...staff is rude as can be lady with the ROWRY and Mercedes lady is the rudest

Prices on this facility go up every 3 months lately... so, be prepared to pay a higher monthly rent every 3 months...

Never ever use this self storage company at 92nd and Federal; they will rob you blind!! Lost A big screen TV, HP color printer, surround sound speakers, sub woofer, jewerly box, unit totally ran sacked, damaged furniture broken mirror crushed bbq… why???!!, found unit locked. Told the office of my findings no remote, no apology or care. Just told to go file a police report…. Hmmm inside job or not!! Do Not Use unless you can afford to lose property. Paid these people to keep my property safe!!!!???? Property damage over $3500 thanks Federal Heaights Storage /Hual!!! Moved out and will never go back. Will share this with all…

Workers take forever to unlock or do any paperwork needed. Place says they close at a certain time but BEWARE lazy employees leave at least an hour early.

The folks at Federal Heights Storage are caring and thoughtful folks. Whenever I have needed assistance they go above and beyond to make sure my storage locker is safe and easily accessible for me. They will even call me whenever I need to pay attention to something. For example, when my locker was not secure they got ahold of me to let me know. Thank you Federal Heights Storage.

I absolutely love this location. Our Church rents 1 to 2 times a month and this location is Awesome. The care and time they take is great. Love it hope to rent from this location everytime.

Reasonable in price, 24 hour/seven day access, and secure. Had a storage unit for 3 years. Never had any issues with the unit or the management.
