horrible. go somewhere else. took them over a half hour to transact basic shipping for a package and in all that time they couldn’t even do it right. my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined

I had a delicate item to ship today and had to use my company account. The representative was very helpful in finding me the right box and method to ship my item to get it safely to its destination and was patient with me to help me find the right account. He made the experience as smooth as possible. Thank you for the great customer service!

This is drop off only inside the office Depot store, you can't weigh and print a label. Very bizarre Office Depot ...it's very empty of merchandise and very few employees like it's about to close the location.

I was just told by the employee that worked there that they don’t have packing capabilities. And they don’t have a scanner to scan retail return barcodes. Guess this place is just for looks!

So unbelievable slow, they are shorthanded and half the employees are just standing around or outside smoking instead of helping any customers. Took over 10 minutes just to hand them a letter all ready to mail. I will never waste my time here again.
