Well, they said it was going to be delivered by 2:30 pm today, then by end of day, and now they have no ETA, and I can't get anybody live on the phone
to talk to. I don't understand how these huge International corporations can be so incompetent and out of contact

Today at about 5:10 this morning 6/17/2025. A FedEx truck going west struck a construction barrel on 56 Just pas E470 and threw that barrel onto my path. I was heading east. Luckily it was raining hard so I was only doing about 20 MPH but I struck the barrel. I had to go to work but at this time I see no damage. I will check on my truck once this rain stops.

I ship tools and equipment for my job all the time, all across the USA, using my company's FedEx account. This location is tricky to find; it DOES have a small customer counter. Google maps has a mistake, it was telling me another address north of here about a half mile away, luckily you can see this facility from that area. Pull into the left side entry (left arrow) just like you own the place. The gated drive on the right is for FedEx trucks only. The right arrow is the actual customer service counter, on the corner of the building. Note: manual doors, not automatic. Only one I've ever seen like this; complicates things when your arms are full. It's also quite run-down appearing, but they got my boxes overnighted back to my house fine.

This location is FedEx express only, and only shipping facility. But. For overnight packages, this place is a life saver. Missed the drop off time? Driver picked up from your neighborhood drop off too early and you missed them? No worries! 8pm is the cutoff here for overnight! Impressive since most other places are 4:30pm or 5:00pm tops! It’s a bit weird to find the correct parking since they also have a trucks parking and multiple
Employee parking, but once you get the hang of how to get there, you’ll have a great experience. Both people that are in the counters are always super helpful and nice. I would recommend to get the packages ready since they get busy with all the shipments for the airlines

Delivered this morning and got an empty trailer with 8 water bottles in it (most likely from the workers who unloaded it). It's almost as if they don't know how to throw out their own trash like normal people. Please do better, instead of leaving trailers trashed.
