No way to talk to someone once calling. Extremely annoying. I just wanted to know when last pickup is today and if you have a notary and when they leave. SO ANNOYING.

Sent a package back to the seller without any notification prior to doing so and before the full 5 business day window was up. Now the package is lost in shipment back. Poor customer service.

I went to Fedex today to have my ID Badge printed and Laminated and the gentleman that was helping me was really Professional and Friendly. His name was Stephan. Everyone there at the Fedex Printing on 3545 Quebec st. are really nice and helpful. I want to give Stephan 10 Stars because that's what he deserves!!! Great Crew!!!

I guess I would just like to say I think Chris so much. She really took the time with the extra mouth. She has excellent customer service. It was a great time in need. I was ordering my brother who was murdered property. She did start to finish. she went above and beyond she is the best I advise you go to their store. They are the best she went 1000% thank you, Cree, you are truly the best you are amazing. I really appreciate you going above and beyond. Thank you so much. Love you lots.

Tyler is the greatest!! We came in so late thinking the store closed an hour earlier than we thought and he was so kind and patient and helped us so much! We had 43 packages and he never let us know how annoying it was! Thank you so much Tyler!!!

I recently used FedEx for Valentine's Day card printing and was thoroughly impressed. I initially made a mistake with the card size, but Kristina from the team quickly contacted me and patiently explained my options. Her excellent customer service made what could have been a stressful situation very easy to resolve. The printing quality was great, and the pickup was quick and convenient. I highly recommend this FedEx location and will happily use them again.

I needed to have a few high resolution posters made at a large scale, and Cree a FedEx team member at this location came thru clutch for me! I was initially a bit skeptical of the level of quality that was possible from an outfit like FedEx, but Cree did a test print for me & put my fears to rest.
A great service + great staff + reasonable pricing = great value! 100% recommend them for your next print job.

I had a package delivered here. They give you 5 days to pick it up. I called to get a few more extra days to be able to pick it up. I spoke with Tyler he said sure no problem. I go to pick up the package within the extra timeframe given and they had sent the package back. Unbelievable. And no apology or anything from them. Like it was my fault that I work long hours and couldn’t go pick it up within the 5 days and how dare I ask for extra days to be able to pick up my package. Clearly they don’t care.

The blond guy there with blue shirt doesn’t seem knowing his job at all and he is arrogant, he likes making people waiting without any reason and process was simple and easy, he might be not interested in that job

New team sucks and switched shipping labels on my packages. I’ll be going to a new location once I spend hours on the phone correcting and getting a refund.**Updating because this was handled professionally by the local manager at no additional cost to me to correct their error. Avoid the 1-800 number like the pandemic though....
