Driver refused to deliver a signature needed express 2 day package. Lied about doing their job. Calling to submit a complaint has only been met with refusal to take responsibility. What a joke all you clowns are out there. I will make every effort to make sure FedEx is never used.

If I could I would give them no stars because they totally suck. I waited all day and missed work because of them not delivering my package it was originally between 10:50 and 2:50 but after 2:50 pm they were like we wil leave it to u by days end well it never showed up and they said they attempted to deliver it. The hell they did. My doorbell cam was on at the time they said they attempted to deliver the package no one knocked or rang rhe bell. So I don't know where they were attempting to deliver it because it wasn't at my apartment. They lie and get away with it.

Just wow. Fedex is awful. I despise companies that force you to use them as a carrier. They'll never change. Use UPS or DHL.
